Their rules say that any disputes must be brought to a staff member the day of the match. This did not happen which is why they allowed him to keep the points. Kinetic Balding should have contacted a staff member as soon as he had found out, and they might have been able to mend the situation. Instead he made a thread about it the day of the top 16 for that week, when no one could really do anything about it. Since he played in the top 16 I understand why they didnt want to nullify all of his matches, but I also agree its a shame he got in because of someone and him not knowing the rules.

I contacted the admin right when I found out and all I got was, "We are sorry for what happen but know the rules next time." They decided on the issue days later.

I highly doubt Foxy is gonna be tied for last lol. I don't know if you've paid attention to other regions ESL, but he is on a tear. Also, he did pretty well at a grass roots tournament in the states and lost in a close match. I expect he is ready for this.
