Lol, an infeno scorpion just quitalitied on me(C.ops Sonya), we went to three rounds and I caught him in my Xray and he lost it. my first quitality from the invincible inferno scorpion.

Anyone know if Sonya's EX parry is active on frame 1 like her EX leg grab(armor)? For anyone that knows. I'd like to know how to test that out for future purposes. Thanks

1. Saw someone doing starter, ms4, 21, 21u4 mid screen and they never missed it, but I can't get it every time. I walk forward after the ms4 too.

2. Does everyone run in to combo after ms3 in the corner? I noticed you don't have to run, you can walk forward a bit, but it's really inconsistent.

Practice the 21 21u4. It's actually really easy and it's my easy online combo .

So after the cartwheel, do you just do 21 then go right into the 21u4? Do you walk forward a little after the cartwheel? I have no clue why I can't get it?????

lm also having trouble with the timing. Especialy after B3,3,2. With negative edge on its three times as easy but then it makes other combos harder

You can't buffer the drone combos like you can with all other strings. You have to enter the drone command after you finish the string.

Just go with what you like. I'm an Ermac main and I'm learning Sonya Covert Ops just because I like her mix-ups.

Demo currently is the one that most people don't play. You are restricted with your options due to only having 3 grenades at a time. If you think it looks the most fun, then you should give it a try tbh

While you can special cancel from a low poke, the game doesn't register it as a combo for any character. That is just a design choice the developers went with. There are some benefits to this like going into MS or using a drone option to mix ppl up

I don't think you get what I'm saying. I know pretty much everything off a low poke canceled to special can be interrupted. But you can't anti poke with an EX leg grab. Like for example, you poke with a d1 but it gets blocked so you decide to do EX leg grab just to find out the opponents d3 hits your armor and doesn't get grabbed by the special.

This makes a lot more sense. The way you described it. Lol. Yeah I hate when that happens as well. I believe ex arc kick has that problem too. But ex arc kick will sometimes hit them and sometimes it will whiff in those situation. It might be one of those hitbox problems where the game says its a mid but whiff on crouchers similar to Liu kang 11 string or even b332 from Sonya

Imo, everyone is entitled to their opinion. I see nothing wrong with saying what you want as long as it doesn't interfere with the conversation.
