Quit doing that combo.

JIP > 2 > Scream > JIP > b+3,f+2 > Ender or JIP > b+3,f+2 > Scream > JIP > b+3,f+2 > Ender.

You get like 20% extra damage.

It's very risky doing a jip > 2 > scream. You have to commit to the scream after hitting the 2 and if they're blocking you'll get blown up by a full combo. If you're going to do a jip combo you might as well just do: jip > b3 f2 > scream > jip > b3f2 > f12 > df2. You won't get full combo punished if the opponent blocks B3F2. You also don't need to commit to the scream until after they bounce in the air. It's plenty of time.

So im not sure if anyone else has been doing this but i started using 44 in her AA game it has to be timed well but it gives great options to pull combos or set back up zoning. It can't be used in all situations but it does work well when used right. Ill get a vid ASAP if this is unknown to show what i mean.

I like doing AA 4,4, d+1 hair grab. and go in for a reset, or back up and zone.

Took Sindel for a run in Ranked tonight and I forgot just how enjoyable she is to play.

Love this little combo, B3F2, F12, D4, hair grab.

I've been trying to use her U4 as an AA with mixed results. If you can anticipate the jump, it hits, but it sometimes whiffs on cross ups which seems strange.

Also, what strings do you guys find using her levi cancel in? Doing the levi cancel on its own is rather easy, but I find I can only really incorporate it into her 21 string and even then that's tricky and sometimes the "cancel" doesn't register unless I hit block twice? I guess it's just about practice but how have some of you been using it?

She gets + Advantage on levi cancels after 2, 2,1, D+4, and 3,1,1

Yup. The only time I use 44 for AA is when they have jumped forward and I have already done a back dash...and in the same instance I've done B12 and the 2 will propel them as an AA.

I have wondered this same thing. I haven't had much success with the Levi Cancel....I'll do 21 and it seems like my levi cancel is so slow and I always get interrupted. I agree. It's harder to use in a string compared to Kabals NDC, and i'd like to know if it really is worth it.

I get some people saying it gives her advantage but I don't think i've encountered anyone or seen anyone using this to great effect, especially in terms of having crazy pressure like Kabals NDC gives him.

There's really nothing different about how to win with sindel post patch. B1 is low now and almost everything combos into enhanced scream.

Edit: Nvm it sort of works. My controller was just acting up tonight I guess. I seem to be using yell a whole lot more now, and d4 step up pressure. She is still difficut to play as but I can see her as a tournament viable character. Especially if they would MAKE EX STEP UP A REAL DAMN ARMOR MOVE.

You can do stuff like 3,1 flight fireball. If that's what you mean

FINALLY I got my e-wish come true! :wow:
REO makes Stryker look so deadly, he was all over you in some rounds,
like he was reading you and punished your zoning.
And I'd have thought this was not a bad match up for our Queen.
You did pretty good though, I see you prefer JIPs to 21 pressure a lot, that's nice.
And you prefer iafs instead of Liafs, why's that?
I loved the aa 1 d1+scream you did as well as the 41% in the last match.
You didn't do hair whips outside combos though, is there a reason?
You could have caught in some traps here and there, yes?
44 d1 step up scaling is stupid, only 13% when step up alone does 10%! :stupid:

I don't know why, but I don't like instant levi cancel balls, i feel they come out faster, than pressing down down up df1, i always end combos in hairwhip, unless i want them to stay in the corner. The reason I didn't do them outside combos too, stryker can easily roll.

ive never fought strykers, none at all, and reos is just amazingly hard.

In essence, sindel only gets advantage on a d+1, but only on certain strings such as 2 and 2,1 and d+4. 3,1 into levi cancel is nice to add a b+1 after, it gives it some advtangae but not full.

so basically d+1 is her true advantage off a levi cancel, but levi cancels are a good mixup too, because they might think you'll levi cancel after 2,1, but you can follow up with a cartwheel, yell, etc.

Mhmmm, i love doing b3, low fireball, then condition them to block low, and just do a normal b3, f2, also, b3, levi cancel into b+1,2 is cute <3

Sindel doesn't dominate the rushdown game, but she's a can hold her own <3

Haven't watched the video yet. But did mr mileena punish the Baton roll? I played reo the other day myself and that was the one issue I had.

That's my main issue with mk9 overall is punishing, seems that I don't let go of block fast enough to punish. And I don't poke fast enough, it's weird.

hey dan, strykers roll is -6, so only a long d+1 can punish it.
it's weird, because, her second 4, on 4,4, goes through it, and it can also be poked out of if he follows it after a string.

this match is 5-5 imo, his baton roll limits her zoning

Yea that's why she needs a 9 frame attack. It's so stupid that she has to punish with d1 lololol but thanks for the info. Yea 5-5 or 5.5-4.5 in her favor.

Maybe I can get reo raping me on video and we can compare our sindels.

Yea.

When I do get him too, I'll try tonight. I'm already warning people that my mk9 fundamentals are off. Like punishing, poking, anti air etc seems I'm off and I think it's me not letting go of block fast enough. Reos going to give me some tips on it.
