EMPEROR PRYCE

WAR SEASON "THE WEAK EXPOSED!"
Anyone who wants to set up a day for sessions PM me. With ESL announcing this eSports circuit I want to seriously leve up and attend tournaments. Weekends work best for me. @EMPEROR PRYCE how many do you guys usually get for a weekly? I wouldn't mind make the drive up.
Dont do weeklies, just monthly. But depends what game... Normally 15-20

Wow, had no idea there was anything local. I live in Greenwood and would love to play as much MKX as possible, let me know what to do next to get in contact, what more info, etc!
Hey that's awesome I literally live within 5 minutes of Greenwood! I work at a local gamestore and my schedule usually lets me have 3 days off so I'm looking to play offline as much as possible. Hit me up on Twitter it's Paul_Matthews34

I think this guy I used to work with at my old job goes here for Smash. He said something about it being at a church. If we can get a steady group of MKX guys going I would willingly go every week!
I know that we will definitely have multiple people playing MK X regularly right out of the gate. Myself, MexiKen, @AdrianDaTruth, and likely a few more as well.

And all of them have gone to the weekly gatherings in the past. So we should have plenty of people playing MK X at the church.

I should also explain that the weekly church meetup is something that we as a local community have to pay the church for, every month. It's basically for a large room that usually holds about five or six console stations (or even more if someone happens to bring a power strip).

Right now, there is one specific person that goes to every weekly that pays the church up front for the monthly payments. The rest of us try to pitch in a dollar or two (or more, depending on whatever the person wants to donate) every time we show up to help cover the costs for this one person. If you can spare a dollar or two (or however much you want) whenever you show up or whenever you can, I'm sure that he would appreciate that.

That's awesome. With ESL announcing that their tournaments are on XB1, i went ahead and bought a copy for XB1 and PS4. Let me know when the first MKX session will be and I'll willingly bring a set up so long as I don't work. :)

Small change of plans:

Last night, it was announced that there will no longer be any Sunday weekly gatherings at the church that I previously mentioned. lol

So that's gone now.... :/

So I talked with a local Comic Book store owner about possibly holding sessions at the store. There is a TON of space that separates two rooms from the store by glass. Originally they were for the Magic and Pokemon players but anymore he said only the Magic players take up half of one room. He said if we bring our own equipment and pitch in about 5 bucks each we can possibly play there on weekends. Any thoughts?

Well seeing as that is under 10 minutes from my house I would pretty much be there every time
Same here its 3 minute walking distance from my house lol. He has to get confirmation from the co-owner first so lets keep fingers crossed!

Also, one more thing. This is a tad off topic, but I'm running a tournament for the midnight release of MKX on the southside at the gamestop i work at. Here is the link: https://www.facebook.com/events/380347292167816/ Just wanted to leave that here
Hey thats awesome to hear man me and Wynter live in Greenwood, and I am right next to the Gamestop on US31. I will probably be going to the midnight release for that tournament but hell 4-5 players alone in the near area is awesome.

The main requirement is that you gotta have a pre-order or picking up MKX from my store. it'll also be played on ps4
Which GameStop do you work at? I'm already going to the midnight release for the one near the YMCA since we are also having a tournament but that's awesome to know more people are in the area. If the Comic Book University thing doesn't work out I wouldn't mind inviting 4-5 people over to my place it's just that we have a few dogs as all.
