She looks great with the human eyes. NRS LOVES to go batshit with the eyes, though. Hopefully they show some restraint, and let Mileena have some baby blues.When we first saw her in Raiden's vision she had the same eyes as the latest issue. Only the issue with the guest artist had the MK9 cat eyes.

I personally thought the cat eyes were cool and set her even further apart from Kitana.

It explains the eyes, and she never lowers her veil so you can't be sure she is part Baraka.

I agree making her a new born was dumb. I always liked the idea of them being raised as sisters.I disliked it! It seemed like they wanted to drill in the whole "flawed" clone angle. It's less jarring to see a woman with cat eyes take down a veil to reveal a monstrous mouth than it is one with a seemingly normal visage. (Plus it made people seem stupid when confusing her with Kitana)
However, the worst thing they did was make her a newborn in MK9.

Its literally titled "read and review", so I would assume its review and commentary. Plus its a transformative work on the piece, and its nothing that isn't already public access. Slabs of the comic are all over google image.
Absolutely correct, that part falls under comment/criticism in fair use but the video contains actual scans of the material, that's what makes me hesitant to say that it is fair use.
Well as I put in my post (edited it) most of the scans are on public access areas like google image, and its transformative at that so even if this is from a digital copy he owns or from bits he found on google images or bing, its still not anything that would interfere with copyright. Guy isn't breaching a contract either. This belongs in a PM discussion though, no need to derail the topic again over this kind of stuff.
I completely agree with your description of the work, and you understand parts of it fall under fair use. Sorry for being the bad guy here but it falls under a legal gray area, can't really take a chance.
Its fine. I was the bad guy for posting it in the first place because I won't throw a dollar at my screen, so if anything, you're the hero in this picture.
