Lex is only good with trait, which comes at the cost of any decent movement or fast specials apart from corps charge and actually having trouble getting in when at zoning disadvantage, and slide is all KF can do, her movement is too slow to actually play a competitive footsie game.

Look I'm not saying Batgirl's neutral is a walk in the park, but you're saying she's got the 2nd hardest when it's no where near the case and everyone else knows it.

I know about Batgirl, but I understand that just because she doesn't have absolutely everything in terms of tools and characters have some options doesn't mean that it's some how this massive struggle.

I actually kinda know what @SonicFox5000 is talking about now with Batgirl's neutral. A lot of people that play Sonic in tournament say that he often waits for people to hang themselves in matches rather than going ham with rushdown. I think that's a really smart way to play Batgirl considering that she does have to work a bit to get in and doesn't really have insane pressure or anything if you block correctly. Not trying to downplay the utter brokenness of her meterless vortex (because that balances out her weaknesses more than enough), just saying that I understand the sentiment.

A few of us online scrubs call that "fuzzy guessing," where you just kind alternate down and back and hope that you had the correct input at the time lol. Top tier play y'know Kappa.

Things to note:

Venom Uppercut on block is -6 to -8

There is at least a 15f gap between the uppercut and the MB overhead, meaning that you can dash out, uppercut or MB F3 it ( character dependent those 2. )

Any uppercut that raises your upper body hurtbox will not work ( Grundy, GL ), you can MB F3 though in the case of Grundy ( f3 11 MB swamp hands ) and perhaps GL.

MB venom uppercut is not safe and it is punishable on reaction, no matter the version.

Can a mod change title to MB Venom uppercut?

Why the hell would I apologize for a statement that is absolutely right?

Sektor was just outside of top 10 in MK9. Possibly as low as 14th or 15th. He was a well balanced character with no flaws other than getting torched by Kabal, Cyrax and maybe Kenshi. Deathstroke is easily top 12. It's possible he's even top 10.

In fact, he's got even less bad matchups than Sektor.

I was actually sooo right about that statement I might've been wrong. Deathstroke is probably better off than Sektor.

The Sektor analogy aside, falling from 3rd to 12th best is actually a significant deterioration. Deathstroke deteriorated from super top tier to high mid tier.

Characters who are definitely better than Deathstroke are as follows.

- Aquaman
- Bane
- Batgirl
- Batman
- The Flash
- Martian Manhunter
- Sinestro
- Superman
- Wonder Woman
- Zod

I have also excluded characters like Black Adam, Doomsday, and Green Lantern who may be debated.

Why would he be top 10? He is average in every aspect of the game (i.e., footsies, zoning, damage output, interactable object control, mobility, etc.). The anti-zoning is still very good. On the other hand, the trait is worthless. I had to listen to fools like MIT for many months post-patch rant about how much better the trait had become. Some fools also predicted the trait would in time "become as good as Zod's".

Even your God and idol Slips has called Deathstroke "the Sektor of Injustice".

Deathstroke is overall better than Batman in almost every way.

Deathstroke has better:
Zoning
Counter-Zoning
Mix-ups
Corner Game
Interactable Control
Anti-Air
Footsies (without trait)
Normals

Batman has better:
Trait
Super

It's debatable who's jump attacks are better. Deathstroke is better than Batman in almost every way. If Batman is top 10, than so is Deathstroke. Either they both are top 10, or neither are top 10, or Deathstroke is while Batman isn't
