In which match ups can killer frost slide on block and then parry if the opponent decides to poke with d1?
All characters except Bane, Ares and Flash because their d1s hit slow. But you have other options in this case. I don't want to say you cannot parry off a slide on block but it's risky.

yes there are many options you can grab parry or dash back. the best block string in my case is f113 d1 slide Grab might work never tried it. She is an amazing character to play and her 50/50 is good.

I have played thousands of matches with multiple Supermans this is not a 5-5 MU its 3-7 or maybe even 3-7. I would like to chat about this MU with a couple of people...

she punishes air lazer with slide, parry works amazing against f23, sm options zoning, b1 freeze. kf d2 is great for air dashing. her hitbox allows sm to whiff sometimes on divebomb, iceberg is useless, i would say that its a rough 5-5

Iceberg isnt too useless. She can spike the start up of ground laser.

its an even, momentum based matchup where both characters have the necessary tools to deal with each other shenanigans. i've played this matchup more than a few times and have never once thought that it was at a disadvantage for Frost, let alone a 7-3 in Superman's favor. Martian Manhunter and Cyborg are 3-7's. Superman is not even close to having such an advantage.

All superman has to do is spam and KF has to work extra har for anything but i agree with what your saying.

Who does lasers so high that slide can punish them in 2014? On paper it may seem even but in actuality it is not; people underestimate how good Supermans zoning actually is especially against a character like Killer Frost with awful mobility and although parry may make the superman player second question their f23 pressure it isn't like Killer Frost can do anything at that range anyway.

My honest opinion is Superman can only be even on neutral stages like Batcave. On any stage where he can exploit interactables he's at a notable advantage. IMO: 5-5 on Batcave, 4-6 on numerous other stages. Since tournament standard is random select and he has a noteworthy advantage on the majority of stages, I can't see how this match-up is a blanket 5-5.

And it's not just Superman: Zod, B.Adam, even Lex - all match-ups that feel even on neutral stages, but Frost has a serious disadvantage on interactable heavy stages versus these characters and others. MMH, Hawkgirl and Cyborg obviously goes from bad to worse depending on the stage too.

We get bodied by stage selects often, that and a high execution barrier are the banes of Frost... also Bane's a bane too (jk, but seriously, fuck Bane).

Superman is even, I say this after playing many sets against many different styles of superman. Unless he has meter his zoning isn't that threatening. KF also has spike and daggers to counteract mindless projectile abuse. You can jump/walk in on it. Up close, parry, MB f3 and b1 all allow her to compete in the footsie game. He can be annoying on certain stages but in general he's quite manageable.
