I actually think its the absolute best choice for Aquaman tbh.
ive seen him in two movies....dude is a horrible actor lol they mainly picked him b/c he has an islander look.

I actually feel that he's been the best casting on this film. Seriously from Ben Affleck to stick figures and Facebook guy, I think Momoa fits fine. I can defiantly picture a Aqua Man looking all tribal like, so he's good in my books.
Yea Ben as Batman bothers the shit outta me and whatever the fuck that girls name who plays WoWo really bothers me... BUT this choice as Aquaman to me is their best choice so far.
Ben affleck ill agree with you, jesse eisenburg is a really good actor though so i believe he will be fine. Just b/c Momoa can look like aquaman doesn't mean he will portray him well....but i guess we'll just have to wait when the movie comes out. Either way im super hyped for this movie!
I just think Momoa fits better than the other confirmed actors for his role as Arthur Curry

video got taken down lol im presuming off a title its just a fight scene. Now in cases like this i wouldn't mind if they had him for only fight scenes and with like 2 lines the whole movie. But he's playing aquaman who has a big role in the justice league so he will actually have dialogue. It would be like when George St. pierre was Baltroc in captain america 2. He was there for a fight scene and had 2 lines in russian. I would be okay with that...but like i said...he's gonna have actual dialogue lol

I get that he's portraiyed as a bad ass but look at him... Hes like 5'7 (probably listed as 5'11 with shoe lifts on for Hollywood) and definitley is no more than 165 lbs... That does not embody Aquaman.
