Anyone have tips for fighting bane? I've been playing nightwing for the last two sessions I attended, and he's really starting to come along. However, Grr's bane was driving me insane. Just some quick helpful tips would be very appreciated.

Here's some general stuff I remember for the Bane MU:

Escrima is the superior stance. Wingdings to check bad charges. 113 is his best string to break armor. MB Flipkick hits twice, also good for breaking armor. I believe b2 is throw invulnerable. You wanna just build meter with zoning until debuff.

For staff:

When Bane is in debuff, that is the best time to staff pressure imo. I know J2 and I think maybe S2 is throw invulnerable. WU Flying Grayson goes through a lot of armored moves when Bane is trying to oki you.

That's all I can remember right now.

Wingdings are good against Bane, just don't overuse them.

I don't have to tell you that Bane pretty much never blocks when he's got venom(like after a blocked venom punch.)
When Bane is in negative frames you can beat out any armored move with 113 in Escrima, because 11 has a start-up of like 12-14 frames. It's possible to hitconfirm of 113(113, F2~Escrima Fury, J3~Wingdings/B2~Spark) and you're safe if Bane blocked.
Bane's can read this and do D1 or D2, which you can counter with D1/F2.

Ground Pound MB beats out a full screen charge, you can always convert of this with a B3.
Something you can use when the Bane player becomes really desperate and starts doing these.
If you're in Escrima, you can jump over these charges with NW's J2(to decrease NW's size) and recover in time to punish.

Escrima is definitely the way forward in this MU. 113 breaks through his armor, and his big hitbox makes it easier to catch him with ground sparks and wingdings. He has to make a read after his overhead punch with a D1 or else it's your turn to pressure. On block, you can cancel 113 into Flipkick or Ground Pound for a ghetto mixup , and on hit you don't need to cancel into anything. I like to use 113 33 xx EF B2

Nightwing has a shitty jump but he just about makes it over Bane's charge. You can also check him with MB wingding. Generally, when he's on debuff I like to build meter with ground sparks/pounds because I probably won't catch him in time to do some damage, unless he's cornered.

Watch out for Vx3 with wing ding...otherwise that and ground spark when there is distance. If he is trying to get in you can annoy him with gs and build meter. Don't forget to cancel to bait movement.

This is the best advice anyone can give you in this MU. 113 when bane is pressuring you beats ALL of his next options if he goes back to back armor on block.

This is good too.

When your caught in Staff and he is charging you because he knows you can't jump over it, I like to check with b1. Recovers in time to beat armor and still does some damage. Careful if they catch on and start crouching cause they can whiff punish. command grab also works as a punish to armor through. If they crouch or command grab you can nj1.

Wing dings imo are godlike in this mu, they beat all of his wakeups as long as he isnt in level 3, i like to zone with wing dings and if he starts jumping delay ground sparks, i sometimes do b2 to catch any forward dashes to go under wing dings. Mb b3 is universal but i feel i should still say that it bodies bane. As long as he isnt on level 3. If bane is on level 3 i tend to try to run away and waste as much time as possible. Try not to wakeup flipkick on bane very often because his db2 bodies it and so does his d2. Wakeup escrima of fury is extremely risky since he can just armor right through it or block and punish.
