That is Smogon`s official simulator. So if you go to their web-page http://www.smogon.com/ you can get an overview of who is in the different tiers. So if you want to use a pokemon like Butterfree and not face Mega-Scizors or other threatening pokes, the lower tiers are generally where you want to be

T-Tar was low on health and banded so I decided to sack it...I was locked into pursuit with a band so I hit it, and he switched out his politoed that was in the RAIN!
