In that case I'd rather have Sektor as the cyber fighter. He is my main in Mk9 and his human form sucks. Smoke is cool in both forms. Ermac and Quan-Chi should be in easily but I'm concerned for the rest.

- Ermac 'cause he's my homeboy
- Liu Kang as a burnt up cripple that's evil and resurrected by the Big Bad because of Raiden's fuck ups in the last game. Not as a "Fire God". That wasn't canon, you idiots)
- Quan Chi 'cause, duh, he's the root of (almost) all evil in the franchise
- Shang Tsung. Along with Liu Kang, he's the only other viable option for resurrection
- Raiden. Have him be so overcome with guilt that he's now questioning himself. Make us wonder if he's really Earthrealm's "Protector"

Returning from MK4-Armageddon:
-Reiko
-Fujin
-Shinnok
-Kenshi
-Tanya
-Bo' Rai Cho (if he could be in Deception, the darkest MK in my opinion, he can certainly be in this new, maybe even darker one)
-Ashrah

This list is a bit far fetched seeing as how most of the focus seems to be on the New Blood, and these 12 along with the already revealed 6 would make up 18 slots. I read earlier today in an interview with Boon that the cast will probably be along the lines of MK9 and be 30 or so, so hopefully the rest are all New Blood.

Yeah, if Sektor didnt have T-Rex arms lol but hes cool, he may come back since he is the Leader of the Tekunin (former Lin Kuei) but since MKX is following MK9 25 yrs after that storyline it all depends.

Cyrax or Sector if Smoke is human. ('Cause you need that sci-fi element.)

Characters I hope return from MK4-MKD:
Reiko, Fujin, Tanya, Hotaru, Havik, Li Mei, Bo' Rai Cho (Especially Hotaru, who I feel is extremely underrated amongst MK fans and basically represents the Realm of Order the same way Havik represents the Realm of Chaos. I don't feel like you can have one without the other. Plus he's just a badass Samurai!)

Also, the less new characters, the better... ('Cause I'm a bitch who's afraid of change. And because the MK series isn't known for creating many good new characters....)

Idk, Human Reptile just doesn't fit right, I'd be alright if it was a 3rd alt costume but not a main costume. Since this story spans 25 years 5 years at a time... it would be cool if it shows Reptile slowly devolving, looking more Raptor-like every 5 years.
