This thread is cool and all but seriously now, how is this front paged and the "Agility meter" thread not?

That new meter will seriously change the game.

Touche. Upon further inspection, I think that specific silhouette is actually taken from the exact image I posted, which leads me to believe it's a troll from the devs. They wouldn't just use the first thing google images shit out, lol.

Every character has 3 variations. Especially for Cassie is might be one Johnny style , Sonya style and one her own style. I can not see how this could be lazy mash up. Also as far as i saw the two characters that are ''old school'' have a bunch of moves that are new and cool. I really think that NRS will make this game very , very interesting and many choices should be made before starting a game on high level. I only worry that they might put too many options/styles, etc. and the balance of the game could be hard to obtain... hopefully i am wrong.

having a "johnny cage style" and "sonya blade style" is exactly what i mean by lazy mash up lol. its kind of a cop out character instead of putting them both in the game just mash them into 1 new character. im NOT saying thats what cassie is i havent seen her in action yet, its just a a possible concern, she could be nothing like them i mean sonya and johnny dont have guns and apparently cassie does so theres a start.

Well , he looks like ancient ogre too but i dont really care :). I just like the design and for sure the personality that NRS will give him will suit me as i play AO in TTT2. Also that thing with the spikes looks damn cool!

"johnny cage style" and "sonya blade style" and ''stryker style (you know because of the guns)'' :D :D However as i said event if she is mix up of all their styles i think you will recognize them only by few moves but essentially they will be different like Scorp and Sub. When i saw both of them in the trailer i was like ... ''ok they will be all the same as always'' but after i saw the game play ... damn these are all new Scorp and Sub for me.

ok I see 24 spots so just like igau so I'm guessing we'll eventually get 6 dlc characters. I still see nothing on lord raiden...:mad: not even a silhouette this angers me nrs

All I know is that I like how the characters are animated at the character select screen when you hover over them long enough.

Yeah, I said from the start that I thought the sillouettes were just trolls, but I guess we will see as we get more reveals.

Well, I see only 2 (maybe three) that could even be any of the girl characters. With the DLC, MK9 had 33 playable characters. MKX has 24. We have already seen F/T, D'Vorah, Cassie, and Kotal. Even if there are zero more new characters (yeah right), that means there are at least 13 charcters from MK9 that aren't going to be (at least originally) in the game.

Can anyone come up with a list of 13 characters they'd be OK not having in MKX? Let's try..... Stryker.... welp, that's all I got.

Top far left is Noob, then I'm gonna throw this out there and say under him is a Lin Kuei robot (Smoke) and to his right is Havik. Quan Chi is in the far bottom right.
