No it would just take her slightly out of Top 5. The only difference between Batgirl and Martian Manhunter is that the MMH players are better; they both destroy every other character in the game but MMH requires fundamentals

Dang, since I made top 8 at a MajoRegional NRS won't give Lobo hella buffs...

Lobo's fine tbh, a few glitch fixes would be nice.
- Making it so the 2nd hit of standing 21 whiffs on opponents... especially when they are CROUCHING :mad:
- You don't need to really change Hook Charge as a wakeup, it's already a pretty stupid wakeup as is lol, just make it so that the MB activates once the armor comes out, not before it comes out. I'm so tired of wasting a bar to get no armor and eat shit, just make it so the meter isn't used until the armor comes out.

Hell, if they nerf all the top tiers, Lobo will probably AT LEAST top 5...

No actually I meant just b2 as a hard knockdown not b2u3d3. The reason is he has perfect setups against some characters by doing that. This in my option would make lex-GL 6-4 instead of 4-6 as if lex juggles lantern and finishes in b2 close mine lantern can't wake up at all and must block the low mine after which lex has +frames to go for another mixup or even just do f2 straight after throwing the mine for an earth shaker mixup . Also they can't tech roll out of resets like b2 regular mine into b2u3d3,d3,b13db3,mb f3 etc. @rev0lver

- Punishable Trident Rush, MB as well
- More start up frames on from the deep.

Scorpion:
- Either faster start up on hell fire
- j3 back to original hit box
- j1 better hit box on his foot so he can actually land his jump in
- mb teleport punch is -5

Black Adam
- Dive kick goes back to pre patch
- lightning bolt goes back to pre patch

Martian
- Orbs disappear when hit
- Trait has longer recovery

Batgirl
- needs meter to continue her vortex

Sinestro
- push block gets rid of one trait shot.

Zod
- Can't use trait while hes in hit stun

This is off the top of my head.
Superman's old f2? MMH's OH teleport being -10?
Scaling otg interactables?

What's the point of a random Krypt?
Ares:

Give his far teleports the same recovery as his close ones
Trait doesn't disappear when he gets hit.

MMH:

OH teleport requires meter
More cooldown on trait

Lex:

Give him his pushblock setups back
Reduce the time you have to hit lex out of probes and lasers without them coming out
Increase the time mb mines leaves the opponent in the air, or increase damage, or let you mb them even if they didn't hit. They are useless now

Zod:

Trait grab holds for less time.


Cyborg should be buffed, I'm not sure how. His trait could work as Harley's rose, once you activate it will regenerate 8% health but you are free to move arround. But that's just an idea.


Scorpion:

Flipkick and MB teleport are safe

Green Arrow:

Fire arrows do more chip
Electric arrows have more blockstunt

Doomsday: upvenom to have the same recovery as Superman's upgrab on whiff.

If Doomsday gets anything make it so that ES doesn't whiff on floaty characters. The low should always hit/be blocked if the overhead hits/is blocked. There's not going to be a patch anyway but fuck at least ask for the right stuff.
