How should Sub-Zero come back in MK10? And Who should he be?

Bi Han would be my first choice but not knowing what they (NRS) will come up with this time I voted for any Sub-Zero. Atleast it wouldn't be a lame knock off like Frost.

I've never understood the love for Bi-Han especially since he was only Sub-Zero in one game (not counting mythologies). I think it all comes down to the point that he was first. If Kuai Liang would have been Sub-Zero since Mk1 instead of Mk2 and bi-Han just had a side game then this wouldn't even be an argument I suspect. Kuai Liang is Sub-Zero to me though.

I think NRS even went out of their way in the last game to prove that. Bi-Han didn't receive a chapter as Sub-Zero even though he was neutral at the time (just like scorps and cyrax). Meanwhile kuai Liang got two. They also gave Kuai Liang thename Tundra as an homage to what Sub-Zero was initially to be named.

If you really break it down Kuai Liang has a history with Sub-Zero and Bi-Han is certainly making his way as a favorite being Noob Saibot as well. They each have characters as these respected personas IMO.

If not Kuai Liang then a new character should take up the role of Sub-Zero (not frost). Bi-Han has no place being Subz though.

Well, I think the love for Bi Han comes from the fact that he is said to be more ruthless than the younger brother who was pretty much made into mister goody good. Don't get me wrong though... I love younger Sub. But if they are effing with Sub b/c of the story I would much prefer him to come back as Bi Han rather than a new Sub, Cyber, or Frost.

As for the love of Frost... you answered that question with the first line of the post I quoted... lmao

Actually Frost was a decent fighter and could use her powers before she met Kuai Liang and was inducted into the Lin Kuei. Training from Sub did make her stronger though, but at the same time corrupted her more.

IMO Bi-Han was always the "coolest" Subzero, though Kuai Liang was always the more developed one, and grew to be more powerful. Also, all the post MK3 characters, all of them, I've always liked. Frost was cool to me because of her darker nature, and her rivalry with Sonya. I like the idea of her fighting with daggers too, not to mention her fatality was pretty cool at the time.

I think Cyber Sub-Zero should just return as the regular Sub-Zero. In return, give us Cyber Smoke (and human Smoke while you're at it).

If not this (good idea btw) , bring them back as expected: Bi Han- Noob, Kuai Liang- HUMAN Subzero and Frost as Frost.Period

Noob is a fan favorite, his absence may disappoint many ppl and also Frost seems like very famous lately, maybe she needs a spotlight.

The complex relationships between the 2 brothers and Scorpion, can be much more explored and deeper than "revenge on revenge on revenge".

It's the alternate timeline so I'm thinking that after Noob Saibot goes into the soulnado, Bi Han becomes The Champion of the Elder Gods like Scorpion was in the original timeline. Frost was in the pit background so she's going to be in MK10. Frost and Cyber Sub Zero would work together to stop Sektor from turning Lin Kuei into Tekunin. Then there's the Tengu clan that are Lin Kuei rivals from MKA Konquest.

Bi-Han loses to Scorpion in the tournament and is subsequently killed.

Kuai Liang comes in and beats Scorpion in the second tournament. He then goes on later in the game to defeat Noob Saibot himself.

People have always tried to say that Bi-Han is more powerful than Kuai Liang, but I don't think NRS can do anything else to show that Kuai Liang is as powerful if not more powerful than Bi-Han.

Add on to that fact that Bi-Han followed orders from the Lin Kuei without question. Kuai Liang went on to not only disobey their orders, but he defeated the very thing he didn't want to become and took over the whole damn clan. It's Leader vs. Follower there.

You did make one good point though. Bi-Han is evil and half the internet has a hard on for evil characters so it's only natural that Bi-Han is the "superior" Sub-Zero to some people just for that very reason.

All the most popular characters in the series have to return. There's a reason Scorpion was put in Injustice, it's because people love the ninjas. If they ever released an MK without Sub and Scorp in a RECOGNIZABLE form it would be death for the series due to many casuals not caring to buy it because their "boy" wasn't in it.

Sub Zero, Scorpion and Reptile will all return in some form. I'm just really hoping Ermac does, as well. What you will NOT see is Sub Zero, Cyber Sub Zero and Frost all in the same game. That would be stupid. Just get rid of the Cyber version all together and explain why he's not there somehow. And I really hope I don't see ANY of those stupid characters from the 3D games return. Shujinko, Dairou, Ashrah, Kobra....the list goes on and they all suck. There's plenty of good characters they could have in the game without wasting any spots on them.
