That's pretty much what I had except I had DS and Raven higher and a few other changes but nothing too drastic. I don't seen how you can have Raven below GL, HQ, Lex, HG, Grundy and I can't understand why you've ranked Grundy, HG, Lobo, Lex, HQ above DS.

who would u swap ds with and why? and raven cause of her -19 frame soulcrush, -9 frame singularity wakeup, not able to move without her trait, raven is my 3rd main so... i believe that her mobility without her trait sucks. her jump 2 is amazing, her b1,2 is great.. but i think i did her justice.

I think Cyborg is better than Scorpion. Scorpion doesnt win a single matchup and gets bodied by all the top tiers but Cyborg has winning or even matchups agaisnt the top tier like GL, Supes and Black Adam

I do have xbl but I can only connect to people that are in Australia or new Zealand... Same problem we had with mk9, it just drops out so I won't be able to vs you...

I think the reason why people consider this a bad matchup is because her projectiles hit mid and unlike most of the other projectiles in the game, lightning charge cannot be used to get around the zoning cause the normal one is safe from it and the meter burn version is plus on block... the only thing that lightning charge can punish is her trance (possibly the mb fire ball before it comes out if you are quick enough)...

Pan1cMode pretty much outlined what I do when we play the flash - zatana matchup and it seems like a hard 5-5 not 6-4 but I might be wrong... What flash should mainly rely on in the match is his godlike dash after each blocked non meter burn hat, bait normal close teleport and punish, and maximize damage on punishes/combos

Nah man, Frost definitely has a couple bad match-ups. MMH for sure. Cyborg almost certainly.

Why do you think the MMH match-up is even or better? What are your thoughts on Cyborg?

Character matchups wins and loses in the after pools games with a subtraction variable for overall player skill... Example PL win with batman carries less wait than homelee win with batman for tier list purposes... sorry homelee

Player skill determined by win loss record in post pool matchups...

Then you measure overall character effectiveness by winning and losing matchups with variable regarding how often good and bad matchups appear on day two...

Then you would learn who is effective and who isnt...

There is n't nearly enough data for this to be done. And even if there was, there are so many variables that the data wouldn't be too telling.

cyborg beats 2 of my mains. Frost and Hawkgirl. And Raven vs Scorpion is a hard 5-5 match

I really just think Scorpion and Green Arrow are completely unviable at a high level, unless they just don't know the matchup. There's only a handful of matchups they can be useful for, but overall just cannot compete with the higher tiers.

Apologies, I know some of you don't like tier lists being made and whatnot (never mind an entire thread being wasted on one) but I feel it may be worth discussing now that the I'm-assuming-final patch has been out for a while and people have adapted to it now. Also I can't fit the link into a status thus the irrational thread-making.

I'd like to see other people's opinions also as I know not everyone will definitely agree with me and I'd like to find out why. I'm not saying I'm right, but whose tier list really is? We'll never truly know, since everyone thinks differently about the characters. God knows what kind of tech might still be lying there unfound.

Keep in mind that this is not final by any means, there are a few I feel like I could adjust, but the majority I feel are right. It's also very hard to pin everyone down to tiers since it's a hell of lot more balanced than before but you can tell where ol' MMH will be...

Yeah because Raven, Grundy, NW and Hawkgirl have more bad match ups than Green Arrow.
