I've been trying to say this for months; you can't just decide who the best player of a character is or who's supposedly washed up due to not making a tournament or Top 8 in a while on the forums.

I know the commentators weren't helping by saying stuff like "Looking like prepatch KDZ here folks!" (even though I know they meant it in a good way), but anyone out there who thought this was the death of the dream or a return of the dark early days of this game needs to actually go back and rewatch what prepatch Superman was actually like.

Here's the real headline behind what happened today: the game is still actually looking pretty well goddamn balanced. Superman was *not* nerfed into oblivion, nor is he the unstoppable god tier of the game.
