Yes please.

I love the attitude of this thread. It's obvious that other characters have enormous bs and it would only make sense to give it to ga also.

D1 arrow isn't even bs anymore

Brb getting the best jump normal in the game, top 3 projectile, frame traps in 3 different blockstrings, top 3 trait in the game, and twice as much damage as green arrow gets without the need of gimmicky setups or bars.

Rude, I have a challenge for you, let me know if you're interested: I'll teach you Green Arrow, and you're gonna use him for a month. Then I'll get a bunch of character representatives and record a FT10 between you and them. I'll document everything in a thread. Would you like to do that?

Nah, the second arrow doesnt work. Frozen arrow -> b3 -> dash in -> d2 xx load frozen arrow -> 11 xx 4. It doesnt freeze them see?

That seems like a very elaborate way for you to re-state what you've always stated: That Green Arrow is a bad character.

Can people please stop saying this? For Christ sake it was when the game first came out and nobody knew how to block GA. and imagine sitting on the main stage grand finals playing ChrisG, not saying the dudes a god but that will definitely affect your performance. Those two combinations are hard to beat. I look back at that footage and they were getting hit by everything when in reality its not that hard to block and most people I play today have no trouble with it, that shit doesn't work anymore.

I don't think b1 low would be bs. Like I know it would give him unseeable 50/50. But would it give him a vortex. Well not a good one.

I like your arrow idea. But give a good option to each arrow like fire for damage lightning chip regular for like meter build and ice for ice

Missed this post last night.

Unlimited arrows only sounds gamebreaking until you sit down and actually do the math. This is what unlimited arrows does: it gives green arrow the ability to shoot a projectile that does 8% damage on hit, and .8 chip anytime he wants. You know.....sort of like how Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, Zod, etc. can do that.
If fire or electrical arrows were among the best zoning tools in the game it would make sense to limit them in the way they are but frankly they're decidedly "mediocre" at best. All the characters above have projectiles that do equivocal and/or much MUCH more damage and chip.

No. It makes no sense. You want me to take a one-month character and face CHARACTER SPECIALISTS, guys and gals who have been playing their MAINS, for months, and do what? Blow them up? What does that prove.

So upon further consideration I do think that unlimited Ice Arrows may be a bit much since it might make Green Arrows 50/50 mixup game a little too good if the person fighting arrow guesses right on the mixup and then gets frame trapped into another arrow. That in mind I propose the following addendum to the buff:

-Electrical arrows removed entirely from the game.
-default arrows are buffed to be an inbetween what they currently are now and what Electrical arrows were.
-When switching to fire arrows you have an unlimited amount, effectively entering a "zoning state" of sorts.
-Ice arrow works exactly the same as before. You get 1 shot, and then you go back to default arrows (albeit buffed ones) and you'll have to reload.
