Question GL Tourney Players??

So i haven't watched an injustice tourney ever since its release. Although I was present at CEO 2011, not competing. along with myself, i seen a lot of GL's. KIT 14 just finished for IGAU and I didn't see one GL at all. I asked numerous times wheres the GL, why dont i see any GL and only one fellow GL player responded. "Idk bro he just isn't played" I haven't been able to sit down and look over the patch notes and look at past tourney vids and stuff, but please someone tell me that the lantern still shines somewhere out there. i asked for his MU in the chat vs numerous chars and i was getting a lot of 5-5. As GL as my main/fav char on the game next to NW, please tell me I am not wrong for picking the game back up and sliding on my ring.

To me gl has top 5 potential, if used correctly. You made no mistake bro.

Notable GL players that have played in tourney's would be (i would tage but i dont know how or what everyones TYM user is)
DJT - probably the most succesful GL, not sure whats going on with him but havent seen him in a tourney in a while
KT Smith - plays at the break sometimes, really really good
Orochi - really good VA area player, doesnt travel a ton though
if i forgot someone sorry this is off the top of my head

Wonder Chef used to play him but plays basically everyone
i think the only GL that won matches at KIT was Xenomorph lol
GL isnt a top tier character or a fan favorite so there isnt alot of players at high level that use him

i dont blame you some of those matchups are horrendus (i cant stand raven sinestro or superman) but it would be nice to see more of that good ol Chef GL

gl is automatic top 10, in tournament, there are only like 5 characters that really give him trouble (raven, sinestro, bane, cyrborg, and zod). rest are probably 4-6's. imo b1 and lift are really too good of tools for a character not to be considered top 10. he is easy as fuck to play too.

Yea I was definitely at KiT and all but one of my matches were on stream. It was also my first tourney.

@AK XEN0M0RPH was at KIT and he used Green Lantern. He just didn't make it out of pools.

Also, @AK TylerLantern uses Green Lantern and he planned to go to KIT, but got held back due to personal emergencies. Chances are, he would have made Top 8, but we will never know now.

Shazam is cool and hype, but I want to actually win! It's in the nature of the char that he can pull off miracles, but I don't think it's anything consistent.
