Can't post a video but the trick is to hold take the tiniest step after the Ef and then do a b3. It took me a while to get the hang of it but now I land it 8/10 times.

going for the f3 is so much better, but the b3 gives swag points and like 2% more at the end....not the best risk/reward lol
