The problem with his frame advantage is he only has 1 mixup option off of it that is meaningful, and it doesn't work on about half of the fast because of buggy hitbox issues.

Do you think he's viable without a backup? And currently what are his bad match ups?

Both games are littered with infinite combos and glitches, but Deception is all about 50/50 mix ups. Even the zoning is 50/50.

If I had to compare Injustice to a Mortal Kombat game, I would compare it to Deception, which is not a positive comparison.

Interesting. I was only 12 or so when Deception and the other 3D games came about, so I was just wondering what made one better/worse than the others

I think Wonder Woman can be dabated anywhere from the #4-7 range. And Nightwing isn't bad, he is underused. He actually has alot of frame advantage shit in his Escrima that I rarely ever see people use. Everyone knows about his staff stance but I think his Escrima still needs to be fleshed out

His frame traps are hard to set up as well as capitalize in. Most such as 112; scatter bombs; etc have massive pushback that only leave you in range for b2.

I'm in your side though. I feel he has solid footsies and can be dangerous when oponnent and character knowledge is maxed out.

I'm grinding hard to make NW viable. He does have some VERY troubling matchups.

What does that even mean? Wake up attacks aren't the deciding factor a whole matchup. If I wakeup against MMH with Batman I get full combo punished but it is still a 5-5 matchup

How about the fact that MMH can't zone you at all because FTD and you can uppercut him out of his teleport lol.

I just came here to laugh at everyone saying that a character who takes like 17% of your life in chip damage every time he touches you, has a 7 frame far-reaching mid, and can take any risk he wants because of his ability to escape combos for free... HAS NO OFFENSE. You guys are hopeless.

Actually, I have done extensive research on this matter.

Have you ever wondered why certain players hate Aquaman? I have.

They do because they want easy wins with simple-minded strategies. They want to jump, teleport, abuse gimmicks, etc. to victory.

Aquaman counters these strategies.

Yep, it wasn't because Aquaman has a trident that extends well outside of his hurtbox, has some of the best footsie capabilities in the game, and does tons of damage on block as well as on hit in *addition* to having trait and all those defensive capabilities.

If you space MB Trident rush correctly, nobody can punish it except for Superman Super and maybe some other fast Super (Flash?)

I think Batman can punish it with trait bats from the left side of the screen only. Not sure if this changes with perfect spacing. Need to test it out.
