For future reference - when I make ignorant sounding sweeping generalizations - I'm being sarcastic.

For example - I might say something like, "If you don't like Killer Instinct you're a communist."

This is a phrase I use often and then follow it up with something just as ignorant and generalizing such as "Jesus hates communists" or "And communists can't do math."

You want me to contact a company that couldn't make a dpad when the 360 came out, then they made another horrible attempt with some twisting junk, and now they failed on their new system WHEN THEY KNEW ABOUT ALL OF THE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEIR OLD DPAD!

-This isn't the only forum I made this thread.

-As originally stating, I'm showing these threads to Evil Controllers to show them that there is a demand for their product if they were to make it like they previously did for the xbox 360.

Yes plzzzz I neeeed a better dpad for ki.. Currently I can't play that game properly because the Xbox one comtroler suuuucks for it. I have to use the analog stick to be able to efficiently block and combo but then have to use the dpad to dash and dp. It's a problem

To be fair, I haven't played KI yet. But, when I was having A LOT of problems with the 360 d-pad, I started using the analog. At first I hated it, but after about a week, I liked it more than the d-pad. And I still use the analog for games like UMK3 (for SF games I use a madcatz pad).

Only thing I'm waiting for before getting a XBone. Mad Catz sucked at making 6 button controllers tho. Leave it to Hori, the FC3 Pro and the 2Way are the best.

To be fair, I haven't played KI yet. But, when I was having A LOT of problems with the 360 d-pad, I started using the analog. At first I hated it, but after about a week, I liked it more than the d-pad. And I still use the analog for games like UMK3 (for SF games I use a madcatz pad).

Man, I tried the Madcatz pad, but the d-pad didn't feel nearly as accurate to me (coming from a PS2 pad). Ultimately I just ended up going the xTokki route and I've felt at home ever since. I don't know if it's just me.

It's not as accurate, but it's good for games like SF4 with a lot of qcf motions. But it's not too great for MK games, imo.

I also don't like the placement of the d-pad on Xbox controllers. I'm one of those weird people who likes to use the heel of their thumb instead of the tip, and I can't do that very well on any MS controller.
