I would have thought it to be in MMH's favor. The armor doesnt mean a hole lot to him, and he's easier to insta-jump1, and crossover attack.

Mostly the overhead teleport. Partially the fact that MMH outfootsies sinestro for the most part. The two of them together result in a fight where Sinestro has no real zone to fight from.
