Is it known that you can do F2143 D4 along with all these B2, F2, 3, D2 into D4 shenanigans?
I didn't actually know you could do 4 mid string and cancel in to d4 out of the string, but it makes sense! I think I will find a use for it, thanks! Also, f213 xx d4 is kind of special as it pushes the opponent outside sweep range while it goes for the overhead grab on block. This makes the overhead grab pretty safe against a lot of the cast.

Also, I am going to explore if f213, 4, 3, 4, f2413 xx d4 is a good combo in to the glitch reset.

So to get the grab at the end of f213 at your last combo did I cancel it like we do 4 b12 d4? And 4 f21 d4?

Shhhhh, you see nothing.

Yeah, just input F2143xxD4. If you can do the other D4 cancels, you can get this one down easily.
I found that doing f2413 xx d4 was easier to do for me, with a timing that will work on block as well as hit. Might be a preference thing!

Alright so I don't play online a lot but I've played enough people who are bopping me for using 4f2d4 that I think these mixups won't pan out at the high level.

I've been in the lab and I'm pretty sure you can fuzzy guard the overhead slash with time to duck the MB ground blast. Is this known, has anyone who's actually good at this game hit the lab with this? I don't like the mix-up because basically you can blow a bar widening the gap you closed or you can get full punished, depending on which mix-up you choose. Full-screen lazer/grab mixups seem more potent (or at least safer) but even those can be blocked on reaction, because Zod does a distinct movement before the lazer. Ground Blast just has too long a start-up to be a mixup option against his faster overheads (213, 4f2d4).

I still say the future is in 213 and 21 MB Laser mixups. Hard-To-Blockables are worth less than genuine mixups. Doomsday pretty much proved that.

It's pretty well known that it's fuzzyable I think, but this is mostly when you expect it. You can react to the f2 and block high, but if you are good at mixing, f2 xx d4, b12 xx d4, 4~12 xx ground blast charge, 4~mb, 4~11d2 etc. it is not easy to block. I also second Gilgamesh when it comes to 213/21 xx close laser

Found something that might be useful today.

MB laser from a standing combo starter, j2, b23, 12 Trait summon. Does about 30%+.

The interesting thing is that regardless of whether they roll or not, they will be in range for a jump in attack. If they don't roll, it crosses up. If they do, it won't. All three jump ins work, though I would probably recommend ji1 since you might have to alter timing with the others. Of course, it is vulnerable to various other notable ways out, such as back dashes and wakeups, but it seemed worth of mention.

213 MB Laser dash f2 also creates this circumstance, but only with ji1(for the range), and is hard to time.

Off the whiff reset you can gain your trait completely back with a background bounce. 33% pre-reset, 53% reset combo and trait activation.

I have to go out right now but I can check this later. What would qualify as a frame trap in this case btw? Unable to jump out? Getting caught if trying to do a special move?

Nah you can jump out in between slow and fast and fast and laser.

Since I watched atljonesbro1 's video, I've been trying to find a way to do a double reset by summoning the wraith twice, mid combo.. This is proving to be extremely difficult, but I found a pretty cool reset on metropolis.
