Best Backdash In the game, pushblocks are vital for level 3 venom cooldown, and he has more to gain from clashing at full screen than anyone else because it gets him that much closer to the enemy. And meter worries? Forgetaboutit.

Raven is more about space control and positioning while Cyborg is pretty much purely focused on getting out and staying out.

As far as runaway goes Cyborg is undeniably top, but once you get into general zoning Raven, Zod, and MMH are definitely top candidates.
