she has everything but good footsies... but she is so all over the place she might not need...
if some1 puts the time in, and really thinks it through this character could be a hidden gem.. i'd worried about her fundamentals but she might be good enough elsewere to make up for it, epseically since she has a dive kick
she has decent mixups, amplified by the fact that she has a vortex and can reverse your controls
its a tremendous risk to zone her when she has meter
her teleport can be mixed up, her mb version is excessively fast in duration, her tp is fast enough to be relevant and to run away and play mind games with
she has aerial oki, you can bait anti-airs with the float, and then divekick to punish for full combo... she can also teleport backwards to remain, or behind you, and quickly with meter if she's baiting an out of ground special
she can play a little mindgames with that goddamn 3 headed shit
her fball mb can be used to set up hat stance and begin free chip (easier said then done i suppose)
her mb teleport can be mixed into her pressure i'm certain
I'm wonder if her MB projectile grants enough advantage for a teleport at full screen... might not because it might stop when the hat hits
she's REALLY interesting, i wihs more characters had as many interesting tools as her, however, she might lose out to characters with fast long reaching anti-air hitbox normals and good mobilility and counter-zoning like black adam mmh and supes
