Online Complains/Rants About Etiquette, Players, Netcode, Desyncs etc!!

See title.
Sometimes I quit at the end of a match (if I get hit by a super or something), it doesn't even matter, it's ranked, I won't play the same guy again and it saves time, I may have to get off soon because of irl tasks - I lost so who cares, right? Wrong.
Hate mail yet again.
Yeah sure...save time. Have fun expecting the online community to think that quitting mid match is saving time.

Well you use Green Lantern, and he's a hatemail magnet, as is Aquaman.

So there's that. Plus there's a bunch of crybabies online that instead of learning the MU, they cry and send hatemail.

Between the lag (in Australia) and the random idiots online I don't even play online anymore.
Luckily, over the last 24 months or so I've managed to get a group of MK9 (and now IGUA players) together. I host casuals at my place every few months and we all get on it and play all day on the weekend. Its much fun.
I would recommend trying to find some local players and slowly build a group of like minded people to play with.

I've stuck to playing Player Matches instead of Ranked matches and it really pays off. Basically if anyone sucks, they quit. After a couple of tries, I find someone who is actually interested in playing a good set or learning, and we play maybe 7-20 games. So much better than playing 1-shots against random people and trying your luck.

If the set is really good or it's a matchup I need to work on, I add that person to my friends list. Then at some point in the future we invite each other to games.

Also, sometimes you run into the same people in Player Match again, so you frequently have good sets and that's cool.

In addition I have my whole list of TYM friends -- always quality matches.

Overall, some people will always suck; so it's better to spend more time playing the ones that don't, and less time worrying about the ones that do.

Stop doing things like this and people won't assume you are a rage quitter.

Just ignore them... I play the most hated character, Killer Frost, and in the last two days I've logged in over 10 hours of play (I know, making up for the last two months of not playing at all lol) and I've only gotten one hatemail. I never quit out no matter what and I've not had a problem. This has been all ranked too.

I played one, just moments ago. His words were "yeah gtfo trash".
Lol that was me. You ragequit after i ended the first round.
You know i normally dont send hatemail, only to ragequitters when im in a really bad mood. Normally i dont waste my time on it tough, im usually sending lovemail when i do send mail.
But i was just pissed and you where the third ragequitter in a row so i just got angry.

Anyway dont ragequit if you dont want hatemail.

The majority of hatemail I get is from people ive never even played against who message me about using defensive characters on the pjs winning stream
Seriously
Playing Cyborg online is a recipe for no fun. 1/1000 people will say nice cyborg. Most quit after their first life-bar gets drained.

I hate top tiers whores, am a low tier hero 4 life.
#FlashFTW.
all kidding aside, you just need to find good online players and add them. that way you will always have some1 to play with.
they will complain no matter what, they I always get messages for using flash's trait combos.
The amount of hatemail I get when I play hawkgirl is out of this world l0l

People miss the point of this thread. It's not about rage quitting. It's about ego. How people who win Online think that they are Pro and subsequently try to rub it in with hate mail EVEN AFTER THEY HAVE WON

It's just you. Why do you get mad at people sending hate mail? You're about as crazy if not crazier than the one who sent it. I usually read it and laugh. What you gotta understand, it's their system and game, they can do what they please.

If they wanna play you once, barely win, and then tell you to go screw yourself. You can't do anything about it. No one is entitled to play you over and over. Either ignore it, block it, or whatever.

Complaining about hate mail is almost the same as complaining over spilled milk. Just move on.

There has been a few people that I recognized by clan tags or names from TYM that has done that (tsk tsk).

But people do that on almost every game though.

The point of this thread is that OP got salty because he quit after he got perfected the first round and now he thinks the fgc are all scumbags.

Im probably am one of the top love mail senders on this forum, OP just got UNLUCKY

Three words:
Charlie Sheen Winning.
sheen's idea of winning was being a douche, getting fired for being a douche, turning on all his old friends, then buying a bunch of new ones so he'd have someone to complain about the old ones to. Which is ironically very similar to Jestan's situation.

To wit, anyone who says;

Sometimes I quit at the end of a match (if I get hit by a super or something), it doesn't even matter, it's ranked, I won't play the same guy again
should have his ranked match button revoked.

Do you think im gonna lie about it?
Keep ragequitting and wondering why those bastards send you hatemail.

In your OP you said you quit in ranked cause you dont care about ranked. Well dont get butthurt when you get hatemail and make a wall of text on how this community sucks and that "especially ares players" send you hatemail. I call bs and u got exposed.

A prop on the stage of life.
Why do people do it? To get under your skin. Why did I send ElvisPresley(psn) "ladies and gentlemen, Elvis has left the building!" after defeating him and him not getting to the quit button quick enough? Because I can, and I suffer zero repercussions for doing so. If people quit out I sometimes send a message telling them to run with a smiley or some shit. Who cares? If you really don't know the person, their word shouldn't mean anything to you.
