Sadly, I seem to be finding more cool headed player lately (don't get me wrong. I have had some great sets with some people and had my ass handed to me a few times too) so all i have been getting is ragequits with no hatemail.

But I have to ask. Am I the only one who has a standard message I send to ragequitters? I like "YOU KNOW NOTHING OF STRENGTH!"

I never get ragequits on my bane, maybe I just suck

But I like to have a message saved for the lobby, it's " I SPAM INF PULL " and I like to spam it until I get challenged, and then I proceed to play like a normal player without any crap while amusing myself that the guy on the other side is living in fear waiting for my spam or infinites or ragequits.

This started in MKvsDC where infinites actually existed, and I didn't modify the message because I like it like that. I do the same thing on MK9 lobbies.

Abuse Double Punch and Body Press. Constantly. Especially in the corner.

Protip: At level 3 venom MB Double punch does 20% damage. It will put the fear of god in them.

If you use top 5 characters and you STILL lose to much lower characters (excluding WW), please stfu. The funny thing is his main was Black Adam(going by his avatar) and I smoked him with Nightwing. NIGHTWING. Against BLACK ADAM. How do you beat BA with NW without combos?! Hell, how do you even lose to NW with Adam?!?! Might have lost only 40% of my first lifebar. Yes, if you keep dive kicking, I'll keep wingdinging you out of it. Yes, if you keep running to the corner I will chase you there and pin you with wingdings + dash up b2 escrima combos. Stop crying.

Most of my losses came from me not using Nightwing, and every character he chose destroys him. If I stuck to NW all game, it might've been 7-3 my favour. Ridiculous.

The DanG dude is not ok in the head, he just wants to win and any loss is not his fault, always something to talk shit about. I main DS and he shows in the select screen that he wants me to change character, so I do, but he sticks with superman and wins. I go back to DS and he waits till the last couple of seconds to select superman, I try select a stage, he goes back to character select, I accidentally change my character and got stuck with someone I didn't know. He tries that a lot.

How do you even get stuck with a character? You can always back to the character select screen

Depends on who I'm playing. With Grundy I'll send "Bodied on a [insert current day here]" mostly, or the classic "CAN'T STOP GRUNDY!"

Shazam it varies a lot. I'll send them "You can't beat Earth's Mightiest Mortal!" or "Like how I did that?" or "SHAZAAAAAAAAAAAAAAM!" or "Gotta love Super powers!" or "I like being a hero!" Shazam gets me a lot of hatemail and RQ's, surprisingly

2 seconds left of the 1 minute timer, he finally selects his character, I try to pick a stage quickly and as I move the selection he goes back to character select which makes me move my character select because it unlocks. Time runs out before I can go back to my character and the game picks the character the selection was hovering over. Does that make sense now?

I don't send a standard message. I make up a silly pun that matches their name.

Example- Psychotic_Trance tells me to step my game up after I beat him like 13-2. I tell him to "change his name to Psychotic_Trash because that's what he is.

User named like ElvisPresley losses twice to me and rage quits: Ladies and gentlemen, Elvis has left the building!

I don't do that too much, only when I find it funny.

I get people trying to do that to me all the time, but with the wrinkle of hidden cursor. They hide cursor, so I do as well to prevent free counterpick. We both select, it goes to stage, and they wait for me to turn on my P2 stage cursor and then back out. If I feel like I lost my character then, I unhide, rehide, reselect, and they do it again. All the way until the clock is out.

Yeah, I hide cursor semi-frequently for my Grundy. Especially if I'm P2. I get a lot of people who see me pick Grundy and go to Hawkgirl or Superman (or Deathstroke, but I eat them).

Got this from a Deathstroke after I barely beat him with Bane. I made a lot of bad reads on his guns and sworn flips that had me take a lot of bad damage and loss of pressure.

What the hell is there to spam as Bane verses a keepaway deathstroke?

Edit: I usually don't bother with mail, but he kept sending me stuff and I mentioned that he was a well known ragequitter. He then told me I was too. In 20+ years playing fighting games, I've never raged quit once. Then he proceeds to tell me that his Youtube videos prove it. He's obviously delusional

This is where you and me differ. I usually ALWAYS have my pvr running and if they threaten to upload me to YouTube to "expose me for spamming" I do it for them.
