I don't play Flash, and with the amount of intricate tech I see posted on his forums, I'll prolly get laughed out the thread for saying this, but is it common knowledge that you can get a free B3 off of an AA J2?

yeah its known :) from that you can do a combo, end in d2 sonic pound (far) and it will reset

If you're fast enough, it doesn't even need to be an AA D2. But you have to be pretty dedicated to it.

No, not a D2, guys. I mean flashes Ji2 that does the kick that hits twice. If you catch an opponent in air with it you can land and get a B3 off it it. I can record it when I get home if I'm still confusing you guys.

Oh ok, didn't know about that. How much damages does it ? Ji2 is actually 3 hits and a lot of damages reduced because of that.

Btw I'm always using ji2. I use ji3 in combo, and I almost never use ji1 (for air to air but very rarely). Is it bad doctor ?

Here you guys go, the B3 off of an AA Ji2. Like I said, I don't play Flash, so I know this isn't his most damaging combo, I was just showcasing it. Hopefully someone will tell me if this is a good find, or if there is more damaging combos then off a Ji2 then using the B3. I am pretty sure this only connects if you hit them with all three hits, but if someone could prove me wrong, then this would be awesome.

Thanks for adding to our tech even though you do not play Flash. That is a pretty awesome find. I wonder if F3 would work too. . . either option opens up a lot of options in general for us.

What do you guys think of 123~LK? Granted, it would be a lot better if the first hit connected on crouchers. It gets beat by 5 frame moves, trades with 6, and beats 7 frame moves (LK gets stuffed by BM's parry. The nerve). I've been catching people trying to interrupt before LK. Once they respect LK that opens you up to dash cancel LK either away from pressure or towards them backdashing. Something I've bben tooling around with and wondered what you guys thought. Thanx in advance!

I have been testing with normals and strings cancelled into Flying Uppercut to negate their ability to push block during trait and so far this is what I got.

It will only work if they are crouched.

Flying uppercut will negate their ability to push block but will not allow a punish, so far only tried on Superman, Batgirl, Deathstroke, MMH. Against supes it won't work, uppercut won't pass through, same goes form Deathstroke.

Batgirl and MMH crouching however, 3 cancelled into flying uppercut will put you in the right distance negating their ability to push block.
Can also use d1 into flying uppercut but you need to be toe to toe, much better to just bait the push block with back dash cancel.

No problem, man. I'm glad I could help. If I don't use a character and think I found some tech, I'm always scared to post it because I'm like, well if I just found this out after messing with the character for a couple days, then I'm sure people who have played him for months already know about this. I guess all it takes is one out of the ordinary idea.
I'm sure the f3 would connect, I'm at work so I can't test it out. Seems like it would be some nice unclashable damage if you catch them with the AA Ji2, B3 into B3, or however you flash players do your F3, B3 quick restands.

Just got off work and tried the AA Ji2, F3. It works! Although there isn't much combo potential after the F3 midscreen, you can combo into it in the corner. Also, assuming your opponent doesn't clash the initial Ji2 you can do around 22% unclashable damage by doing the B3, slight walk forward, F3. (Btw how do you guys do the quick restands with Flash's B3 and/or F3, as in what is the order they go in? And doesn't he have a D2 restand? I'd love to test these with this) Or you can do Super after both a B3 and F3 midscreen and it's like 37% unclashable I think? Anywho, I'm hoping you guys can mess around with this some more and find something good to come of it. Hope I helped.

Note: I do not play Flash. I don't really know his BnBs, so I kept it real simple. :)

I rised top 8 (winner). Next coming on tomorrow. Full Flash ! I expected picking black adam, sinestro or zod but didn't need it. :D

f3 is great against Killerfrost wakeup slide. ;)

Any advise against Doomsday ? I'm going to play him.

I'll hit you up with some match up specific tech on doomsday in a bit. Good grief man don't stop! Go for gold!

Edit: Aint much but, all of doomsdays wake ups are single hits so just mb f/b 3 if ya feel balsy, get em costumed to it and go for d1d2. Earth shake is -1 on block and mb +2 so you have to respect d1 because our Backdash gets hit. Doomsday's fastest normal 7 frames and cannot interrupt if they go for earth shake buffer. Don't jump in on doomsday! You will get screwed by his anti air grab and the many set ups that come from it with a meter burn. MB venom, respect d1. His go to strings have no holes and can all be buffered into earth shake (overhead, low thing), and don't be afraid to go nuts at the start of the round if you land a b22 on block then go trait for 50/50's even if they have the first hit. Doomsday without meter is a monster but Flash with trait is just as deadly.

That's all I got, make sense out of it and good luck!

I won against that DD in grand finale haha. With Flash ! I only picked BA in the winner finale because that same DD rapped my Flash.
In Grand Finale, not anymore ! :p

The Flash is top 1 fr !! :D It has been streamed.

Ohhhhhh yeaaaahhh! Your going Hollywood bro. Once I get my shit together with studies and life. You can expect match up specific tech for situations like this in the near future. Need to update that thread.
