The idea BTW of Mileena ruling Outworld isn't too far fetched either, because even at some point before Kahn returned she did rule the realm for little while, which is why I do see her return.

They do. Jarek was in MKSF and was cannon fodder for Kano's escape. Jax was wearing the metal arms as a prototype. It's because Bi-Han did the mission for Quan Chi that he got the attention of Shang Tsung to participate in the MK1 Tournament.
Bi-Han's MK1 ending says that he was paid by someone to kill Shang Tsung in the tournament, whilst this seems to be non canon, it could be speculated that Quan Chi sent Bi-Han into the tournament to kill Shang Tsung. But in the canon, Scorpion kills Bi-Han anyway.

dude you care too much about every single thing in those stories, if there was something like a mosquito bites SZ is the same one that bites Jarek, i swear you'd know that lol.

I want to see something similar to mkD's rpg-ish conquest mode as far as story mode goes. I mean definitely still have character specific endings but a more involved story mode would be tight. Also I like the idea of a prequel. Back to the original tournament maybe (original Kung lao's story) and they could call it MK Origins maybe?

I still want to see EVERY character from mk9 be playable (even if they are not in story mode) except: cyber sub, Freddy, sheeva (replace her with goro). I also want to see Shinnok, Havik, Hotaru, Fujin, Tremor, and Reiko added.

Why does it have to be in the past? GKL's soul could be resurrected by Ermac or Quan Chi and we have a GKL/Goro rivalry right there. Even though Goro hated LK for beating him in the tournament and ending his 500 year winning streak.

As for our conversation and imagination goes, the things that I got or I can hold from MK9's story mode is that everyone is dead BUT : Scorpion, Reptile, Ermac, Rain, Mileena, Cage, Sonya, Raiden, Cyrax, Sektor, Kenshi, Skarlet, Kano, Baraka, Quan Chi, Sheeva Goro and Kintaro.
From the others that were "MIA" or even "KIA", I think that we can save Liu Kang (having a Kabal-like burn), Cyber Sub-Zero (Sindel's kick wasn't such a disaster, he can be fixed-he's a robot!), Smoke (I like the scenario that Sektor and the Lin Kuei can collect his body and turn him into a cuborg etc...etc...) and Noob Saibot (Nightwolf kicked him in the "Soulnado" which doesn't necessarily mean that he's dead or anything). So there you have it...
I'd love to see whatever Boon's and Vogel's mind can come up but I'm really - really cautious as to whatever this super-market employee can bring to the table... :/

cybersub was in hell during raiden's chapter (i dont know why his soul was cyber though, kinda dumb if you ask me). i cant remember if smoke or noob was there.

In original timeline, Sektor had no soul but Cyrax kept his soul, which is why he turned good and joined the O.I.A after being reprogrammed by Kwai Liang.

So it makes sense that in the new timeline, Sektor has no soul but Kwai Liang retains his soul in the Netherrealm.

I think they should implement the actual gaming experience of mk9 into the plot. Like say come up with some explanation for Kabals powers which would make him beast in the story or make Cyrax evolve as a cybernetic organism which comes up with new measures to counter different enemies:) that would please FGC so much!
