no...i see what you are getting at but no. if he meant no more batman universe characters he would have said it. plus Red Hood and Zatanna were top 2 on the poll, if he deconfirmed Red Hood it would pretty much confirm Zatanna since he already hinted that the poll winner would be DLC.

What? The original post that you quoted was saying that Red Hood will NOT be in... That's the whole point of all of it. And I was defending that. So I would actually rather not have Hood in. At all. Lol.
he didnt have to quote the tweet he could have just replied, he's done so, he even did today. there are ways around the character limit
He always tweets in that format, especially for fan questions. Why would he waste time breaking formats when most sensible people would take that as what it's clearly meant to be? "No more Batman universe characters."

To spur discussion and debate exactly like what's going on right now. The more people talk and hypothesize about the DLC the better. Builds a little hype even and excitement to see the grand reveal. No such thing as bad publicity and all that.

Because who knows what the results were? Maybe he doesn't want to reveal the results precisely because he doesn't want people to rage when they don't get RH, because they're standing firm on "No bats". Also, that Riddler tweet was clearly a troll and a half, with no hidden meanings or speculation behind it, whereas the no bats one seemed pretty clear, cut, and dry. The Riddler tweet was nothing more than a silly joke, as it was meant to be, but parts of this community hooked onto it for very little reason other than it could possibly revive hope for them.

Nothing is 100% but it just seems very far fetched I guess at this point. But I also don't think they'd ever "deconfirm" a character outright by name. They've never done it before and it'd be obnoxious to pick out this one character to announce he's not in the game. Who knows though, it could still happen.

Why do people try and make this argument all the time? He never hinted the winner would make the game for one, and more importantly that poll wasn't as widely known about as the poll with Red Hood and Zatanna. The people who voted on the PG one were a small group of people on twitter who knew about it, and didn't reflect the community the way the other did which was more hyped resulting in thousands of more votes. The PG poll doesn't hold as much water as the Red Hood and Zatanna one. It's not even comparable really.
Because it illustrates Boons tweet's can't be relied on for anything nor can poll results be any sort of indicator of who will make the cut. I may be mistaken but I don't recall it ever being said the winner of this most recent poll will make it either.
