that's what i meant. the safe cross up is all timing. the way i do it is i do it nearly as soon as i'm able after the knockdown.I figured the difference between crossing up and not, but safe unsafe cross ups come out randomly, at least it seems so to me
You get 3 options after back 1 3 if the overhead teleport is done early or late where the opponents back hits the ground it doesnt crossup, but if done while the opponents shoulders hit the ground there legs will make a 90 degree angle and as it fall to the ground teleport lets say at like 80 degrees do the teleport it will crossup but you will get two option where the crossup is either safe or unsafe. This is what I do after back 1 3 hold up back wait till the opponent legs to make a 90degrees and when it starts to fall to the floor do an air teleport overhead which is the most consistent way to get the safe crossup overhead and you'll get a hang of the timing.Guys, do I understand this right: after b13 you can make the tele cross up, cross up safely, or not cross up? If so what are the conditions for each option, because I only cross up all the time and randomly it is safe!

Only nerf that should happen is making back 1 3 a soft knockdown where this 50/50 can still work but the opponent can roll out like this cross up works with back forward 3 to overhead teleport but atleast you can roll out of it.New tech gotta nerf him

MMH b13 string being untechable is almost certainly an oversight, much like Zod's d1 which is an untechable ender.
Paulo appeared in the Zod thread and said it was being fixed.
