wow so Raidens teleport can escape everything but throws?
I knew that a long time ago, for some reason I could escape stagger states and get away with it but weirdly I always got hit by a throw no matter what I did!

And this is fking awesome I love you Somberness xD
 
How many frames you have to interrupt 334.

start up of second move - (first cancel frame + block cancel advantage)
start up of 334 - (first cancel frame of 33 + block cancel advantage of 33)
53 - (30 + 34)

-6. So on paper you have 6 frames to interrupt 334 (shit like hit box altering can make certain d3s possible to interupt). Is this correct Somberness?

I was actually going to PM you about doing Raiden's frame data, but I see you've already done it! Thank you Somberness , this thread will be stuck and replace the old frame data thread.
 
Somberness, can you post how many frames raiden is negative once he re-appears from his normal teleport? in other words.. once he begins to re-appear behind you from his normal teleport, how many frames can he not block for?

Well the data says it takes 29 frames (10 in front, 19 behind), to complete the entire teleport before being able to recover, so I would assume he's -19 once he begins appearing behind the opponent.

but the duration includes the active frames as well. So how many frames is the teleport active for?

You are right.

I'm pretty sure Raiden is less than -19 upon reappearing, as turnaround isn't instant if I'm not mistaken.

I guess the only way to accurately calculate it is to know how many frames it takes exactly to turn around. I know it has to be more for someone who is blocking as opposed to not blocking. Also auto correcting moves like dive kicks etc factor in as well, so my assumption is he's generally -19, but possibly less depending on what the opponent is doing.

Duration includes startup so it is 10 in front and 19 behind.

19, but because your character is facing the other way, you can't punish it with something with that high of execution. Teleport is essentially -13. Here's the deal... it almost always takes 5 frames to turn around, but if your attack is read on the frame that Raiden first switches sides then it takes 7 frames to turn around. I just assume Raiden disappears completely and the game engine just explodes for 2 frames. This means that an attack with 14 execution will never punish it if you have to turn around, 1(to not have it take 7 frames to turn)+5+14 = 20.
