I think this can be said about many characters. Pretty much everyone uses Bellisario's maxim powers and honestly, who cares...

How about a scientist, who uses science to buff himself.

what about a character that has the power to overdose, he buffs himself through intravenous needle but if you buff too far you rapidly lose health, and sometimes the drug is dirty and you take a bad hit that sends you to 1% health but you do 500% damage

Arab female would be like Zafina from Tekken

A gymnast/ballerina wouldn't be such a good fighter. Someone that can do parkour would be more suited towards fighting (while also being gymnastic).

Tremor can turn his skin into rock.

Lily in Tekken is a ballerina and kicks ass.

A female character with power of sand. It would be fun to fight with power of Sand.
Move-set possibilities are endless,
. Giant sand fist (knocks opponent down)
. Sand splash (disorient your opponent)
. Sand erupt (launches opponent in the air)
. Sand ball (typical projectile)
. Sand teleport away/near (similar to smoke's teleport)
. Sand drop (teleport above your opponent and come crashing down on him/her)
. Sand shackles (stops opponent from moving for short time)
. Sand slash (hit your opponent with sand scimitar)

A character who has a pet with him, allowing you to essentially control 2 characters at once (maybe using negative edge to control the pet, much like eddie from the guilty gear series)

Khrome duplicates himself into two beings: a second version of himself and Tremor (yes the earth ninja). Once the duplication takes place, Khrome and Tremor become completely separate individuals, with their own personalities and opinions, it's not like Noob-Smoke taking it in turns, u fight with Khrome and Tremor both on screen at same time
