how is it trolling to say that if something isnt banned youll still play the game the people who said yes dont necessarily support the glitch like some do but they support MK and arent about to immediately drop it before further discovering the extensiveness of this glitch and how it will affect the game as a whole as well as how many characters have it

exactly plus maxter said cyrax can activate it mid round so if that is true and other characters can as well it turns it to a entirely different mind game of when to do everything so as you can see this glitch most definitely is not an instant win let alone does it need to be immediately banned

There is no necessity to "research" the glitch cause it is a "glitch", I don't want to elaborate more so excuse me if I don't continue the replies.

how do you know it is for the worst if you haven't done even close to enough research on what characters have it and how all of them individually activate this without that knowledge not only is it impossible to say that the glitch is for the worst but also that it is an instant win because how can you know that without more of an insight on it

Considering online players have no choice, I voted yes. The 99% of us who don't attend tournaments should start coming up with ways to counter the glitch.

Play TTT2. That's the best way to stop it

This seems to be straying into that scrubby moral territory that the "Playing to Win" attitude advises against(limiting yourself by creating your own rules), but at the same time this particular glitch is what Sirlin calls "Immediately Ban-Worthy Glitches" because it essentially removes your characters from the game, there's zero interaction with the game if your character just holds block the entire match.

Who in there right mind wouldn't ban it? In MvC2 sure there were broken GOD tier characters, people played it for a decade, and loved it. However, this is a game breaking glitch, not a broken character.

LOL at mentioning Jade's counterzoning tool that is supposed to be in the game and keeps her invincible to projectiles only for mere SECONDS not the entire round get out of here even mentioning Jade like she stays invincible to melee attacks and projectiles for an entire round if she uses flash/glow.

Do not compare intended counterzoning tools to unintended glitches that make someone invincible for an entire round.

Lol no she can't. She flashes, u can still hit her. She glows and she can plow through your hit but she stills takes damage. This glitch takes away the ability for your character to do anything. Might as well put your controller down in Rd 2 and go get a sandwich.
