Well, the game for the most part, calls him Shang "Soong" including when you pick him at the character select screen. Though in fairness, I've heard Boon refer to him as Shang "Sung."

Shang's is said differently in the game. When selected they say soong but other characters and people say sung. I kind of like both of them equally.

If not i'm fine with it. We all know mileena makes sense as she's alive at the end of MK9, and shang has almost always had really interesting playstyles, even if i've never mained him.
