This list was actually harder to compile than I thought it would be. I tried to think like a dev instead of a fanboi and keep the largest percentage of the fans happy.

Honestly if we are serious with ourselves NRS is very thrifty and being the thrifty company they are we are going to see a lot of characters with reused assets from MK9.
We WILL see a character with Freddy Kruger's move set. (IF we don't I will apologize to the community)
We MIGHT see a character with Kratos' move set.
Skarlet as well as all of the DLC will most likely return since in typical NRS fashion all the DLC characters are all very polished unlike some of the main title characters such as Sheeva or Stryker. Polished does not mean op it just means there was more vision on how they were going to work while some of the main title characters felt like they were just a bunch of random tools thrown together like Smoke.

What I would like to see is a grappler they already hinted at it, Tremor.
He might be the first true blue (brown) grappler in MK.
