Do you even lift bro? Workout thread....

I don't remember if I ever posted in this thread and am not going through 13 pages...

My last heavy lifts for each muscle

, I benched 275 for 8 reps. That is going to my chest, full extension, none of this arching your back and moving the bar 3 inches bullshit

Incline bench 235 for three reps

Decline bench 395 for 1 rep

Ass to grass squats - 315 for 5 reps

Power Cleans 225 x 2 reps

Sumo deadlifts - 455 x 2 reps

I try to run a mile after every workout. Not jog or walk, but I run on the treadmill so a mile usually takes like 6 minutes or less

I have not been focusing on heavy training, I have been doing high rep and high intensity training with the occasion heavy day thrown in. Split is Chest/Bis/Abs, #2 Back/Traps/Forearms, #3, Delts/triceps/abs, #4 legs and lower back. I usually lift with my cousin and our rest period is when the other person is doing his set.

I'm 6'1 and 226 lbs right now

I usually walk 1 mile after work, do a little push ups and pull ups. Nothing much but enough to stay in shape.

I can't work out to ferociously because I have a kidney transplant.

Shoutout to all other organ transplant recipients on the forum...I can't be the only one.
