I never noticed that the bg music when your trading is the same as the city you're in. Doing all of my trading in Anistar from now on :D

I probably won't be doing any wi-fi matches, since I have a really, really hard time focusing on grinding and breeding to get to a competitive point. But I definitely will be on PS.

I still havent even beaten OR yet lol.
Yeah, I've been taking my time on it. I'm not the biggest fan of RSE, so I don't have a major urge to play it nonstop like I did HG/SS.

On a sidenote, some of the things introduced in ORAS is really nice. I like that they took out the skates for the analog, but man, it's annoying that you don't get analog running inside buildings.

Who wants a 5 IV Aftermath Trubbish with Spikes?! (Okay, so the IVs might not ideal but you still got 5 of them :D)

Shout outs to @Enigma for coming through. After all these months I finally have my Aftermath Garbodor

In OR and AS im trying to catch groudon with Adamant nature and perfect iv's (31/31/31/?/31/31) its taking forever so for now im battling on X and Y. Any tips on catching groundon with those stats. I got ralts with synchronize to pass on the nature. Then i have Durant with truant to use entrainment so i have more turns to catch him.
Well, all legendaries in ORAS come with 3 perfect IVs. This means the chance of catching one with 5 perfect IVs and a random special attack IV is:

(5C3/6C3)*((1/32)^2)*(3C2/4C2)

Normally the chance of getting the correct nature is 1/25, but having a synchroniser in the front of your party brings this up to 1/2

Hence the probability of any groundon you encounter being the right nature and IV spread is;

1/2*(5C3/6C3)*((1/32)^2)*(3C2/4C2)
or
o.5*(10/20)*(0.0009765625)*(3/6)
= 0.00122 or a 1 in 8192 chance

This means that to have a 95% chance of encountering at least one Groundon with those specifications, you'd have to encounter aproximately 24,500 Groundon.

Good luck.

Basically, use a masterball, hack or give up. Otherwise it's gonna take you forever.

I think rest talk, dragon tail and heavy slam is a good set for mega aggron.
Curse is also an option
I like the rest talk set too actually. I wish he had a better form of recovery, otherwise I'd probably still be running mega aggron.

Ampheros, Aggron, and mega blastoise should all have recover/slack off tbh.
It's nice that florges learns synthesis this gen though. Don't always have to run protect to heal anymore unless it's for wish pass purpose

Wasn't Florges introduced in this gen? Or do you mean this game?

You fuckers need to start connecting to the internet when you play ORAS. I want to find your bases and steal your flags >: D

But Florges is a gen 6 pokemon... so if it could ever learn synthesis, it could learn it in gen 6. If that makes sense?
They brought back the move tutors from B2/W2 and the moves that can be taught. It costs BP and it's in the Battle Resort which kinda sucks since you have to BP grind to teach these moves, but it's worth it.
