Even if it's not, I hope Hanzo returns in MKX. He's too epic to be locked behind that lame hellfire spirit.

That wouldn't really make a ton of sense considering Jacqui is worried about her dad (Jax) finding out they went to the underground fight thing when they first go. They probably think of Jacqui and even Jax as family. Hell, Cassie even calls Jax her "uncle" in one of the early issues. Pretty common for close family friends.

Edit @HeroesNZ Yeah, I got a bad feeling about it as well. Scorpion is my favorite character and he's finally getting some character development. Really hope they don't throw it all away by just making him a vengeful wraith again.

Oh god no, I'm pretty sure Reiko's going to get killed in the comics anyway which is good. Havik better be a playable final boss.

Kotal Kahn being the last of the Osh-Tekh in the last MK Comic chapter 100% confirms the bios that were released from the German source were true. It is A HUGE SHAME, as it means Daegon and Sektor are going to die and we will even know about it before it happens in the comics. What's the point of buying the comics anymore if we know the ending?

I hate that the good guys always win. Daegon is a lot stronger and more cunning than Kenshi and Takeda. He's been evading Earth's gods for 10.000 years. Why would he die now just so that Suchin gets to be avenged?

Same goes for Sektor, he's a cyborg. How can he really die?

They have a chance to make intelligent villains like Havik, Reiko, Daegon and I think they' ll screw it up and give us... you know, Kano and the Black Dragon who nobody thinks can win a war against the good guys.

Cyborgs can still die, they are part human. Just like all those LK Cyborgs Sub-Zero froze to death. Also stop being so melodramatic.

The bios from the German source? Eh? You talking about that guy on Reddit who was proved to be wrong? Those bios were full of inconsistencies and spelling errors, don't be so hasty to think some random guy with no evidence is right :p so no, we don't know the ending.

This issue was such a tease. Absolutely NOTHING happened, but we find who is manipulating things. Kind of lame in my opinion.

This was the most disappointing issue so far.

This is pretty much how they all have been.

Hell they spent an entire issue on the scorpion backstory any MK fan should know by now. These digital chapters are just part of the bigger issue. It makes sense that the first one would set up the next two chapters.

How does it not? The bios literally said "last of his race" when we clearly saw his mother besides his father in the comic. We all said "ok, that's a mistake". Turns out it wasn't. Therefore, Daegon's and Sektor's deaths are confirmed, making me sad

Okay, the kotal kahn bio was posted on amazon as well so it's obiously legit. The others can't be confirmed yet, so no it's not confirmed. stop jumping to conclusions.

The FACT that Reptile's leaked bio says that Kotal Kahn is THE LAST of his race is not a coincidence!

We don't know all the plots yet, so we'll find out what happens to Liu Kang's scared body and why he gets healed. I'm betting Goro does die in the shokan uprising somehow. If we don't get an explanation for Takeda, then it's just bad writing (first time in Mortal Kombat when we had to come up with a good explanation for something that some schmucks came up with? I don't think so)

The truth remains- Daegon and Sektor will die in the comic and IT SUCKS!

nothing happened? the entire shokan race declared war on Kotal Khan

also family is surprisingly caring in outworld, kinda sweet to watch this type of stuff

And...then nothing happened.

Scorpion also found subzero AFTER he massacred a city (they didn't even show that!). Then he got pissed...and NOTHING HAPPENED.

This issue was a tease plain and simple.

Of course it was a "tease", how else are they going to get you interested in the next issue? Fucking hell, you just can't please some people. You would have been complaining if they had given you what you wanted and we saw Scorpion and Sub-Zero brawl saying the exact opposite to what you are now.

The issue was 8/10. We learned a little more about the relationship between Papa and Mama Cage, the Shokan waged war on Kotal so that'll be intense and we got a build up (or as some jackasses are complaining, a "tease") to what's going to be an epic and seemingly crucial to the plot brawl.
