Last Days Till MKX; Hype Survival and Coping Group Therapy Thread

Bloodborne hype train. So Tuesday, possibly Monday at 9pm according to psn. I'll be playing that. Lately though it's been. Try playing this.... Not mkx, click. Try playing that.... Not mkx, click. Can't get into anything. Pretty much stay on tym and stalk the devs twitter.

I have been playing Shadow of Mordor, but the Assassin's Creed is coming through way too much and I've entirely become bored with it. Can't get into Guilty Gear XRD either.

I think Bloodborne is my saving grace.

All this hype is hard to function really. Ive attemted the kenshi challenge to summon my inner samurai so been playing MK9 a bit but all I can ever think about is MKX. Ive setup vacation for this game and have made a schedule for each day that Im off that week. The sheer volume of epicness is almost to much to take in...almost

-I already ageed with my training partner (aka the other 50% of my scene ) to amp up how frequently we will be playing. As well as that I will be going to gameshops with like £150 wanting to buy the game a week or two early by bribing the people there - I'm very serious about this.

It comes out here in new zealand on the 16th and although we're a day ahead of the US that still means i have to wait a day extra to get the game :'( oh there will be many salty tears spilt on the 15th when i'm watching day one gameplay

Essentially I'm in the same boat as most of you guys, checking Twitter and TYM hourly.

But I recently got into Injustice(don't know why it didn't grab me before) and same goes for Killer Instinct, which has helped me pass the time. I'm also gonna rewatch Breaking Bad or Hannibal or The Wire. So I think I might survive these next 3 weeks.

I got april 14th and 15th off from work, so starting midnight the 14th i plan to play until i literally can't keep my eyes open.

Half-Life 3 will fail to meet expectations no matter what. I suppose that it will be reserved as Valve's swan song to be made if things go wrong.

Coping and therapy group is very welcome though. I will need all that when the game will come out and I'll see that Displacer's TP is double-vulnerable, Stormlord's thunderballs is a bill, Kommando's grabs are blockable and Cybernetic one's zoning is Stryker tier.
