Like I said, LoL gets changed very often. And every year undergoes a grand daddy update on top of these smaller patches.

Frequent changes are something that's experienced elsewhere, but the FGC is the one place where I see it is pretty much a hated concept.

I dont hate it just rather have them fully develop and finish a game before releasing it. Injustive was clearly incomplete and rushed ass hell. I dont have the time or mood to keep changing my main (cause i only main top tiers) and my basic strategy every 2-3 months.

I'm not really arguing with YOU and I certainly don't think you are dumb, but it is insane that you upset those stupid OTG's were taken away...while GL has so many other tools and what not to work with.

In regards to other players criticizing my characters...yes I'll give you that. Frost just doesn't really have any problems...but HawkGirl has issues that non representatives probably just don't notice...but those are programming errors...not standard tools. Green Lantern has amazing tools...HawkGirl has one. LOL

No I know you would have butt fucked GL from day one lol just as I would do the same for Kitanna. But I'm not mad that he lost the OTGs, what I'm mad about is that he lost the OTGs, got nothing to compensate for it, like that dash buff he actually does need, while WW and Supes kept theirs, all I'm saying is of your gonna take away one characters OTG, then take away all of them. Cause people did nothing but bitch about GLs OTGs, something that was not even really getting abused. But because people can't block and all they can do is bitch about him, they took it from him, which honestly isnt as bad as it may sound like I'm making it sound. But tell me why in gods name, the community with the exception of REO did not bitch about a meterless, guaranteed +6 OTG in the corner, that gives you, an overhead, a combo attempt, and a reset attempt all in one shot, that ALSO just like GLs disables wake ups and is dumb. At least in GLs case you still had to learn the timing for it, and honestly not many GLs used it anyway, and it was not guaranteed. Did he need those OTGs? No he didn't. Was it nice? Hell yea. Is he now trash? FUCK NO!!!! but that still doesn't change the fact that a lot of people, and by a lot of people, I mean those who are still free to LM bitch about him, cause tbh, I have yet to hear, REO, Tom Brady, Rico Suave,KDZ, Pig of the hut, 16 bit, Cdjr, or even PR Balrog bitch about the character, half of them really don't even give a crap about that match up.

Now could we please let this game evolve? no more patch pls. If they want to do a patch at least wait a year because if they are not gonna improve the gameplay experience with walk speed and so on then cut the crap. It would have been nice a bounce cancel with 1 meter in order to improve all combos for every single character, universal walk speed and better anti airs, but doesn't matter. Now just pls cut the crap with the nerf train and let the game evolve.

i know but all that match used to be was timing and i know how mad that match made people even me but i feel like they complete killed him with nuffs and the people who played him are going to be mad at it i mean what if bane becomes high tier and they nuffed him like black adam all the time put into bane would mean nothing

Chris G just tweeted. He's done with Black Adam as his backup now. He says he'll figure something out for an alt for his Green Arrow. ;)

Cyborg is gonna be ridiculous after this patch.

I don't think the BA nerfs are THAT bad, mb boot stomp will still be safe, and mb lightning will still push back and do 18 percent. It just won't be a fullscreen frame trap on block and aa. BA players will just have to play more aggressive and less lame, which is good.

Curious to see how much more damage this Grundy rot buff does.

They are vague as fuck with the Superman nerfs and that worries me. Some good changes, but imo none of this will change how the game is played. IE: lame zoning fests and dash up safe 50/50's. Meh.

Two hits of armor for MB Venom? MY GOD. I love being a Doomsday main more than ever! The rate at which people are going to get pissed off just went up for sure.

It still won't matter against KF, however. I don't know what the HELL to do in that MU. :/

As far as his trait fix or whatever goes, I don't think I've ever even seen that happen. So, it doesn't make a difference to me. *shrug*

Needing two bars to MB an interactable is an awesome change.

The changes made to MBF3 and MBB3 just might sway me to try them out a lot more often. I rarely ever use F3 or B3, much less MB them.

The next six days can't come fast enough. >_<

I agree that the walkspeed buff would have been a dangerous thing to implement. If anything, I think they should have done a 2% gamespeed increase along the lines of skullgirls or similar to MK3>UMK3 (but not as drastic in that case). It's not the walkspeed so much as it is the speed of the general action.

That being said, it also depends on the matchup. Some characters in this game are built for turtling/zoning/fishing, and that just makes it feel slow sometimes.

Why is everyone bitching about green lantern? his change is hardly a nerf. i don't think I've seen the standing reset/otg of J2 after a MB might really pulled off consistently in a tournament or online.

i digress

BA lightning wont hit you in the air. i suppose that is a big change but why does NW's ground blast still get to hit you in the air? i can deal with Aquaman's from the deep hitting out of the air since it doesn't hit low.

I was really hoping for them to fix the hitbox of MMHs overhead teleport. I'm okay with it being safe but the splash damage when attempting to dash away is just a little infuriating.

also why is MMH low scoop -10 on block while supermans is -26? i feel like they both should be around -15 or -16.

The general system changes seem to be a good thing. I am going to miss the 1 meter intractables but i suppose it will force me to thing twice about smashing the car over your head. Balanced transitions are also a welcomed change.

For the most part i am happy with the majority of the changes. I guess we will have to see how these things truly pan out in actual play, theorycraft is funsometimes but in actual gameplay, things tend to be slightly differnt.

I mostly main Zod but also have mained Superman, Lex, and doomsday. As for the changes to my characters? i am fairly satisfied. The superman nerfs SEEM to be fair. Im pretty sure he will still have easy 50ish% corner combos, so my worry is at a minimum. Zods trait fix is certainly going to help, i cannot tell you how many matches ive lost from this, especially when people INTENTIONALLY bug it out with a good mobility special. 2 hits on MB chage for Doomsday will be really nice against batman's batarang and KF's 2 hit projectile so im happy with this.

Due to the laws of relative power, i feel like we are about to be certainly hit by a huge influx of KF, WW, NW, and Catwoman players in the near future. Bring them on i say.

I like the Shazam and Grundy changes. Joker changes are nice I suppose. Some of the other non character features are cool. Overall seems more positive than negative. Wish my Xbox worked so I could play the new and improved Shazam but oh well.
