I'm a fan of harem as well. I'm a huge Type-Moon fan so Tsukihime and Fate/ series are my favorites. Outside of Type-Moon I liked:

As for Slife of Life, I haven't watched a lot of them but I'm enjoying WataMote at the moment and Arakawa Under The bridge if they can be considered SoL.

Gatchaman Crowds is weird as hell and so far not very close to being like Gatchaman but it's pretty entertaining and Hajime is hella cute and fun to watch. ServicexServant is pretty good also, hilarious.

Not too into harem but I love slice of life. THough I gotta admit I'm feeling Minamoto-Kun Monogatari.

Any good recent fighting/action anime?
The only anime I'm following right now is Naruto, but its getting kinda lame.

How Story heavy do you want it to be? I guess you could check out the other Shounen Jump anime like Bleach , Dragon Ball and One Piece.

Ah I just re-read your post and you wrote "recent". Well...as I've said in my last post, Accel World is about an RPG-Fighting Game hybrid. And it aired 2012. So it's pretty recent.

Psycho-Pass(So far is my fav anime 10/10) also has constant action but pretty story-heavy as well. It aired 2011.

And on the loosest sense of 'action' there's Fate/ Zero which is pretty slow on the first half of season 1 but once it picks up the pace it doesn't stop. It aired 2011 as well.

iKritikal sent you a FR on MAL. Also I checked your list, you saw Btooom!. I just started checking it out, holy shit it's good lol. I saw it in one of the recs from Accel World , Fate/ SN and Fate/ Zero.

I highly suggest you check out Fate/ Zero...like...HIGHLY suggest...possibly forcing. They're actually pretty similar. 7 Masters along with their 7 ervants, winning team gets the Holy Grail and a wish. Condition is to kill the other servants. Servants are distributed by different classes: Saber, Archer , Lancer, Caster, Berserker, Rider and Assassin. Each servant is a materialized Heroic spirit from the past, present or future. Real or Fiction. It's an interesting concept actually.

a good lesser known shounen anime is tetsuwan birdy decode

Btooom is really good but the only problem is it ends right when stuff gets good.

I was waiting till Fate/Zero got complrtely dubbed to watch it.Is it all dubbed yet?

The Season 2 dubs just started appearing on Anime Center so I assume Season 1 is finished.

Ya I don't know why some people hate on it. They must be jelly that it's doing so well.
Even though the plot does get lame sometimes and Naruto himself gets cheesy. The overall manga/anime is not bad.
