1. Get back on that exercise bike daily. The best I've ever felt was when I was on it daily for 4 months straight.
2. Learn 1 new meal to cook every other week.
3. Eat out less. The costs add up REAL fast.

Get buff no debate!

I applaud you for being able to go a year without shaving. Anytime I debate growing a beard I get frustrated with the way facial hair feels and then just instantly clean shave. I have a sensory disorder so the way facial hair, even a 5:00 shadow feels just drives me insane so I often end up shaving twice a day. I should try to get over it and grow facial hair lol
