This person here I feel knows how to make a tier list I agree more with this one but yomi does know the game and there stuff but I feel some characters are unexplored and higher then they are so I see thay tier list changing big time but I do agree strongly with the one above my comment everyone to me has a chance to win EVO except Goro sorry goro mains

I think brawler is worst.

Many feel Brawler is the best and Hollywood is the worst. Many feels it's the opposite way around. The only thing that seems agreed upon is that Spec Ops isn't the worst.

assuming best variation, ermac (master of souls) just can't be that low in the rankings imo. He has so many tools, rediculously high damage and has winning matchups against even top characters like QC. I hate fighting that character, but that hatred implies he should be higher on the list!
