XBLA UMK3 Tournament Discussion thread

I had a great set of games against DJEric Darkside in the 3rd round and Sniper 216 in the 4th round resulting in me advancing to the semi finals awaiting for my next opponent.

The match ups between sniper and me went like this:
Match 1: Ermac (sniper) vs Robot Smoke (me); I won
Match 2: Ermac (sniper) vs Unmasked SubZero (me); I won
Match 3: Sonya (sniper) vs Robot Smoke (me): Sniper won
Match 4: Human Smoke (sniper) vs Unmasked SubZero (me); Sniper won
Match 5: Ermac (sniper) vs Unmasked SubZero (me); I won
Match 6: Human Smoke (sniper) vs Unmasked SubZero (me); I won

Looks like Bob Doles predictions weren't even close... :p

I honestly do regret not having the matches recorded as they were very intense and very close. I will definitely wait until we have a recorder in the next match, although I know fairly well that I will lose lol.

Looks like it will be between Crazy Dominican or Thrower, both of which I've played before plenty of times.

Im confident you can beat Crazy at least a few times, MAYBE enough to get to the finals. I never played Thrower though, so Good luck either way man.

Yeah, well, someone needs to pull Thrower's ass off of Gears of War for 10 minutes to play. He ignored all my messages suggesting he play his matches with Donkey X Kong as soon as possible.

It will probably end up being Moe vs. Crazy Dominican in the finals. I think Crazy well end up beating Thrower by one match.

If you play Gears with him, you would be addicted as well lol. I know I have a blast when I play with him in Gears. :lol: I guess it helps that he is a very funny guy.

Anyways, I think you guys should check other fights that need to be done like the 2nd round between polska and john. I think thats more important than thrower vs kong.

Donkey fixed his connection after I explained some stuff to him. It was very playable considering the 3000 miles between us.
