Her concept back story was better. She was gonna be a rebellious teen, look like Shinobu from No More Heroes, and cooler weaponry. Not a military brat.

What do you mean this is NRS? Every character except the ones who debuted in MKX have been placed in another game except for Skarlet, with the roster increasing if you ignore Armageddon.

Skarlet's still a cult favorite, with a way bigger following than people like Nitara and Drahmin. She's gonna return eventually.

I like everyone except Kung Jin. I just can't stand anything about him. He looks extremely dorky, was a total ass in the story (and not in an amusing Johnny Cage way), and his moves are super annoying.

How do you mean? I'm sure they decide the characters before they wrote the story, or maybe at the same time. When I said I thought they were wasted character slots I meant they could have put Havik, Reiko or some cyber ninjas in the story instead of Jacqui or Kung Jin

I agree here. Skarlet will be back, she is too cool of a character to not make it back.

Kotal Khan and Cassie are the best out of all the new Characters, however the focus on Cassie somehow being able to beat Shinnok as if she's some expert fighter with years of Experience after being trained personally by the elder gods is pretty BS. I mean seriously she got her ass kicked by just about every veteran up to that point, WTF.

D'vorah: I don't care for her, I like to see her as a staple. Like I never cared for Baraka or Mileena but I need them.

Ah I understand. Yea I'm pretty sure the cast is already decided during the story process. I just dislike the term "wasted slot".

I think DVorah is great, considering the most iconic characters are based on a particular element or theme, we didn't have anyone remotely like her yet, so its a good addition.

Idear. Instead of in the future...why not in the past? A story mode of Johnny telling Cassie a bedtime story of all the great battles (for example, all i can think of, NRS, think of something better) and it has Erron Black in it, too cause Erron is like 200 years old but it'll have all the nostalgia characters as newbies and stuff :3 i'd love that

We don't need another Fujin scenario where they make character and before they actually flesh them out they say "fuck'em" and leave them out for multiple sequels consecutively, then have people going "PUT __ INTO MK__ THEY DESERVE IT" years from now.
