i dont know how some of you are saying its Rain, that gay ass bubble can lead to all sorts of options for him. same with cage but letting him keep the ex version (?), that projectile is used to trap you in his insane rushdown shenanigans.
its Nightwolf's arrow, its like throwing a highlighter at the opponent.
