LBSH most of the bad guys survived, so most of them will have a huge part to play in the plot of the next game. Baraka is going to be amazing in mk10, mileena and sheeva are pretty much locked

i agree that stryker is gone for havik, liu might be a zombie, nightwolf is gone for shinnok, cyber sub is gone for frost, jade is gone for (if they hear the calls of the people) fujin, kitana, smoke, and jax might be out. i would like to see cyber smoke, maybe if they say they took smoke's remains and had enough living tissue to make a cyborg (like frieza in DBZ) or something. and i'd like to see reptile start making the transition to Onaga.

Because I can't accept a top tier in a fighting game and am going to dismiss the possibility that they might turn out to be complete ass in MK10.

What NRS doesn't realize at this point in time is that people want their favourites, and it doesn't matter if there are a few duplicates.
I mean, Scorpion and Sub-Zero were duplicates straight from the top, right? So what.

I think Sindel and Stryker will not return since they both died in the MK9 story line and their popularity is, as far as I am aware of, low to say the least. In the story they could both be easily minimized in importance despite the fact they now serve Quan Chi since he has so many servants now.
I also think Sheeva will not return since she has minimal importance to the story and is very unpopular, to my knowledge.

People I don't expect to see in MK10 based on a mature/serious/logical storyline that holds it's own, NOT repeating the MK Trilogy, Deadly Alliance/Deception/Armageddon silly stuff with people always returning, resurrected, zombified etc... Jade, Jax, Kabal, Kitana, Kung Lao, Motaro, Nightwolf, Shang Tsung, Shao Kahn, Sindel and Stryker. The reason for the absence of all of the above is because I cannot see or find a way for them to make a comeback without having a ONCE AGAIN childish/plot hole storyline that apparently won't keep up to the excellent story mode of mk9.
The ones that I actually see coming back are Cyber Sub-Zero (Kuai Liang), Liu Kang, Noob Saibot (Bi Han) and Smoke. I actually have some good ideas/stories on why & how they should be able to make a comeback for MK10. If it is that MK10's roster will consist of the 25-30 character roster, then cuts HAVE to be made. Unless they turn to NOT using the dead characters in the story mode but some of them (the most popular ones) can be unlocked/dlc in the game.

All I know is I have zero faith for MK10 right now. If they wanted to give it a darker tone they sure did. Sub-Zero has always been my favorite character (Kuai Liang) and now he got crapped on probably worse than any character in MK9. He's a cyborg and dead. I don't even know what he is anymore. Now people are screaming for Bi-Han to come back AGAIN. My god, I hate it. I absolutely hate it. They should have never created two Sub-Zero's that way I wouldn't have to like Kuai Liang as much because it always seems like I'm in the minority on that. Either that or they shouldn't have made that damn game Mythologies. My god how people hold onto that game.

Anyway my logical list of who isn't returning from MK9:

Shang Tsung (sit out to return in MK11)
Kano (lackey)
Kitana (dead)
Nightwolf (dead)
Stryker (dead)
Sindel (twice dead, won't stay dead)
Kabal (dead)

The questionable ones are:

Sub-Zero (Kuai Liang) - I think 1 of two options. 1. Sareena helps him escape the netherrealm somehow and reverts him back to human, or 2. he escaped from being captured by the Lin Kuei but they retained DNA from him to make a Kuai Liang clone aka Cyber Subz. I still say that Quan Chi's inner sanctum could play a part in reverting Sub-Zero to human form. I mean look at it this way. It heals Quan Chi's wounds. If it heals wounds then theoretically isn't Sub-Zero's cyber form really just one big flesh wound? His innards are all still in tact, his skin is just gone, and he just has metal casing. Something to think about really.

Noob Saibot (Bi Han) - Last seen exploding in the soulnado. I really don't see how Noob Saibot can be seperated from Bi Han since Noob Saibot IS Bi Han. Therefor I see Havik stepping in and saving Noob Saibot from the soulnado or Noob Saibot lands in Chaosrealm. Either way I see the realm of chaos in his future.

Smoke - I see Smoke breaking free of Quan's grip via his demon form or else he embraces it and joins Quan Chi.

Jade - Will be awakened by whoever was in her ending. I mean her ending could kind of imply she awoke from death anyway. So I'm saying she will be in MK10.

I don't know why people want everyone to return, do you guys really want a roster with 50 characters? That's just too much, its hard enough to balance the 30 characters in this game, adding in another 20 characters is just going to make it a cluster fuck. There will be even more low tier characters, and thus more low tier communities whining and bitching everywhere.

He did the time, admitted he was wrong, and continues to pay monetary funds to animal shelters and care. He did a horrible thing, but most other famous or rich people get off of their crimes and people go back to loving them. This guy has at least paid for his crimes.

But Kai shouldn't be in the game because he's useless, I'd rather have Kobra (which I don't want).
