Who in your opinion is the best character in the entire game ?

Pumped up can EX gotcha grab out of any delay. Not saying that alone makes it a 5-5, but are you just saying he loses to her and Lao because they're considered top 3 by a lot of people on here?

As a Tempest player who has played the match up quite a bit, I don't understand how it isn't 5/5. Maybe i'm just being biased towards one of my characters.

I say it's 5.5-4.5 in tempest's favor. PU can't used ANY special move close up on tempest with meter, it's a free combo every time. I know Jax still has the great normals but the fact that tempest can play his game normally and Jax can't makes it a slight loss to me.

As for Tanya good point I guess, but it still seems like it's in her favor to me.
