Sub Zero without a variation is not that bad. EX DB1 is a great AA armored move, he has true 50/50s, great corner carry with decent damage, etc. Great neutral with F4, D4, J3, etc.

Well the thing is he doesn't offer any utility to Sub-Zero that you can't find in Grandmaster or Cryomancer. For the sake of the thread(offering utility, not overall quality) he is equally as useless in that sense. Unbreakable is a much better variation than Unstoppable, but both offer equally as much(or in this case as little) to their characters as a whole.
I'll go with warrior. His self-destruct move which is supposed to be the highlight of the variation is virtually impossible to do in a real match because of the extremely long start-up and the fact that afterwards you needs to keep the proper timing/spacing with your opponent. I see no reason to choose him.
Honorable Mentions:
Unbreakable sub - at least the parry has some utility and you can use it
Unstoppable Jason - this was my 2nd choice but resurrection is hype and maybe he can do the healing/damage boosts in some set-ups.
I remember when Warrior Predator came out, I initially thought his Self-Destruct was unblockable. Obviously it turned out that just the damage he inflicts on himself is unblockable. I wonder though, if they actually made his Self-Destruct an Unblockable, what would he be like? It still goes away on hit or block. B22 would probably be OP with it, but I still don't think he'd be broken or anything.
